"Located in a small block of storefronts, this place has EVERYTHING: A little V-shaped bar with about 16 stools, and about six little tables, all packed into a place about the size of a large living room. I dropped by for a few beers while in town for an infant baptism. First of all, it's a SMOKING BAR, one of a vanishing breed, ashtrays on the bar and tables and everything. Second, they only have beer, but it's a decent selection of bottles and draft. My bartender, a middle-age woman named Carol (I think), was very nice, but she seemed too busy to talk to someone who was obviously a stranger. This is a neighborhood bar, and it was pretty packed with locals, around 5pm, probably the after-work crowd . None of them said hello to me, but ya know."
