"I tried the fish sandwich and enjoyed how thick and juicy it was. A bit disappointed that the beyond vegan sandwich is actually a black bean and not beyond meat patty. The curly fries were definitely good, thick cut.To update the feedback I received from the restaurant, there was no misunderstanding on my part. In fact, the reason why I went to Burger District in the 1st place was because I saw the beyond vegan sandwich on the menu. Perhaps staff needs to be updated because I was expressly told that the vegan burger patty was not beyond meat but made with black bean and it would cost an additional $4 to switch the patties on the mushroom burger. This was on 11/8/22 at 7:30 pm. My order was to go. I will try to return to try the vegan burger and update my review."
