"What a lovely restaurant! Specially this time of year. It is beautifully decorated. Very clean. The moment you enter you are greeted. Every member of the staff pays attention to every table. Your bread basket is constantly replaced. Your water is constantly filled. Your dirty plates are quickly cleared. The food is incredible! We’re most definitely going back!"

"First visit here with some friends who live in the area. We had a good meal with terrific service. In my opinion some of the dishes were inconsistent in their preparation or presentation. The shrimp cocktail featured a generous amount of shrimp arranged on a too large plate without any other artistic touch. A smaller plate and an eye for presentation would have made this much more interesting. The Mussels appetizer was terrific in every respect except that the plate for the empty shells was too small and we needed the waitress to service the table before we could finish the dish. I ordered a pizza and found it to be ordinary especially when a big deal was made of the wood fired oven. It didn't pop in any respect and frankly it had a slightly underdone quality to it. My fellow diners really enjoyed their entrees. Again, service was fantastic. I'd try this spot again for sure but I had the sense that it's not quite firing on all cylinders."

"I couldn't resist writing a review! My husband picked up a pizza from John, and we ordered a large one with olives, mushrooms, and green peppers, and half of it with bacon. I have to say, it was absolutely fantastic! It was really hot outside, and I didn't feel like cooking at all. I'm so glad we decided to order from here! It was such a great pizza!"

"We came in on a Tuesday for taco Tuesday and their specials were (2 soft tacos for $8). I would say about 5 different options were on there but it included the tacos no one really orders lol. Didn’t have much variety like hard shells or not. The tacos were okay. They did have a lot of meat but that’s about it. Lacked something fresh or acidic to make it a complete taco. Just had a dash of onions and cilantro on it. Ordered the flan which was super tasty. Then I noticed a fly on my flan and told the server , she then picked it out and was handing it back to me. I told her I’m not eating that, I need a new one and she looked at me like I was the one who placed the fly there. No drink specials either for taco Tuesday. Overall , dead vibe and basic food. Wouldn’t return. Definitely underwhelmed."

"We visited the restaurant for my husband’s 70th birthday celebration. We noticed that all the other tables received bread, but we didn’t. We ordered a salad and grilled octopus to share, both of which were enjoyable. The pace of our meal was nice, as we weren’t rushed at all during that course. When our entrees arrived, they were good but not particularly impressive. Then, the waitress brought out a piece of chocolate cake with a candle for my husband, but it felt very lackluster and unceremonious—along with the bill! There was no offer of coffee, an additional dessert, or an after-dinner drink, just a quick goodbye. Overall, it was a disappointing experience."

"we booked 5 days in advance. when we arrived, we were told that there was a 30-minute waiting time and that there was nothing they could do. the reservation states that a table for 1 hour is reserved 30 minutes, so we are not sure how / why they do not honor our reservation."

"I've passed this restaurant for 17 years and decided to try it this week (2nd visit this week). Both times I got the house spaghetti with ground beef/meat sauce. Both times there was too much watery liquid in the container. On my 1st visit the meal was topped with parsley and parmesan. The 2nd visit, there was no parsley or parmesan. Both times it came with a dry piece of bread, which I didn't eat didn't order for the bread, but a nice toasted, buttered bread or freshly baked bread, would have been nice. There was a good serving of ground beef and it was seasoned well with bayleaf, etc. I also like the pickup window option."

"Last week, I ordered a pizza for delivery, but I received a call asking me to pick it up since they had no delivery drivers available. To avoid a similar situation, I decided to visit the store the following week to weigh my pizza in person. However, the owner informed the staff that he wouldn't take my order because he was the only one available to make the pizzas, and I had requested six pizzas. "The atmosphere here is vibrant and enjoyable, especially with the outdoor seating on a cooler evening, but I can't say much good about the food. Both my friend and I tried the Sausage and Broccoli Rabe but ended up sending it back because the broccoli was excessively salty, and the sausage lacked flavor. I then opted for the Sicilian Style Wings, which were unfortunately also bland and needed more salt. The service was excellent, but I really hoped for better food."

"We were thrilled to be within walking distance of this restaurant! The staff was incredibly warm and welcoming. I ordered the southwest chicken salad served in a warm bread bowl, and it was fantastic! My husband enjoyed the wings, while our kids had the mini burgers and mozzarella sticks. Everything was delicious! We'll definitely return before we leave, and we plan to come back next summer, hoping to try some of their cocktails! Thank you for your hospitality and delicious food!"
