"Literally the WORST service in my life. My family and I were treated so rudely. I have worked in the same industry for 13 years and have never been served or have treated someone the way our server treated us. Gave us one menu For a table of 5 people who we stated had never eaten there. I had a stomach surgery and cannot eat all you can eat so I chose to order by roll Knowing I cannot share and being told as if I am 4 years old oct again that I cannot share. Understanding and not feeling the need to explain myself, being watched to make sure I don’t eat anyone else, being asked 4 times if I was done with my plate before I even ate half of it? To verify I wasn’t eating anyone else’s. Taking our sons to go food in the back and not giving it back until I asked for it even though the sushi from the all you can eat from my other family was already gone. My uncle wouldn’t even order because he felt so uncomfortable and was spoken to like he was so incompetent. We walked in an hour and 20 minutes before they closed. I have NEVER NOT TIPPED IN MY LIFE! This is the one and only time I wish I could of just tipped my chefs and not the servers. Again I’ve been a server for 13 years. We came from out of town to have an experience with our family so yes we did take a little Longer to look at the menu and did have a few questions but to be treated the way we were it was NOT OKAY. 10 10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!"

"We saw the $12.99 Shabu deal and thought it was a steal, but all the soup bases are an additonal $2-4 unless you get the original. The portion was good and very filling, but is normal for the amount your paying if you get a different soup base. There was no wait time and the service was a little slow, the servers randomly cursed but they seemed very chill. The ambiance of the place was okay it was in a tent but isn't bad. Now the flavors... the tonkotsu wasn't bad, it was your average tonkotsu that just tasted like shabu broth. The vegetables and meat were wrapped giving the impression that they're not that fresh. The spinach and cabbage turned a brownish green color when boiled. I DO NOT recommend the tom yum flavor. It was very bad that I had to eat my food with no soup. If I had to describe the taste I would say soapy lemon mop water. It was absolutely disgusting. There were random dried parsley flakes like the dry seasoning from dollar tree and it was awful. The broth tasted like lemon water with random hints of the seasoning and I literally could not drink it without gagging. Even cooking my meat in there and eating it was bad. I tried to rinse the vegetables and eat it but it soaked up the gross lemon flavor already. It is not just a lemon flavor, it is a gross one that has multiple after tastes and I just wanted to yak. I had to get boba at another place after to wash it down because the flavor just remained in a bad way. It wasn't a horrible experience, but the tom yum was horrible. If you go keep in mind the price will be around $16 each. We paid $40 for 2 people, so don't be fooled by the $12.99 sign unless you intend to get the OG broth. DO NOT get the tom yum or you will get sick from it. Not to mention the 3 pieces if shrimp that come with it are tiny and hard. They were also creamy but not in a good way. I honestly wouldn't be surprised if I got worse and food poisoned. I would suggest going somewhere like boiling point or better hot pot/ shabu if you don't plan on getting the cheapest broth because the pricier ones are not worth it. Its been 30 minutes since I posted this and I had to come back and edit it because I puked my guts out after this review and am pretty sure I got food poisoning. do not go here."

"My experience at Bittercreek Alehouse. I took my adult family of five. We are a burger family. I ordered a regular beer a (Heff . Due to some of the other were to expensive (not paying 25 for a beer. . About 35 mins. After ordering we received our food...We'll I'm not a food critic, but I know what food tastes like. I had 57 years of practice. We expected the fries not to be great, because the waitress told us they don't get crispy because they have a high efficiency system, and can't even put them in twice as limp and dehydrated. So they come out limp, and alittle dehydrated as expected, but they were warm. My burger the huntsman cold as a door knob, basically raw and refrigerator cold. Really to the touch cold not even slightly warm. The cheese not even melted at all and cold. The wife the same on her lamb burger which is suppose to be a little pink...but not red. And my burger was redder than hers. The wife asked if they could cook it little longer the waitress said they can't and that they would have to cook another one and would be another 15 to 20 mins of wait time. I could not even eat mine. It was basically raw, cold. I wish I cold send a picture here that I did take. And I paid due to my kids had fish and chips over cooked but they did eat them. Left a tip for the waitress, she was nice. But I did tell her she was great, but the food horrible. If it was just me and the wife we would have paid for the beer and tip. But nothing else. The food was the worst food I have had in a long time, and the worst burger I have probably ever been served. It topped the route 66 restaurant in Orlando Florida in its Hispanic decore boosting to be a famous BBQ restaurant that served me a dehydrated hockey puck. Really the size of a hockey puck. My daughter said she felt sorry for me (thats sad"
