"When I called to voice my concerns, a male manager or owner answered and insisted that they are not on Seamless. It felt like the staff had no idea what Seamless even was, even though I had confirmed the name and address. He abruptly hung up on me. I quickly reached out to Seamless for a refund, which they granted, and they are now contacting the bagel shop directly.
Save yourself the hassle of dealing with their incompetent staff and choose a better breakfast spot elsewhere. I will NEVER recommend this place, and I have no intention of returning to this disappointing establishment."
