"I followed the recommendation to contact customer service and filled out my contact information, but it has been almost three weeks and I have not heard back. I typically enjoy dining at this restaurant when I visit Columbus every three months, but my recent experience was disappointing. The Italian subs I ordered were filled with excessive lettuce, minimal meat, and lacked flavor. The pizza I previously enjoyed was bland, burnt, and lacking in cheese. This subpar experience has deterred me from returning to this franchise in the future. Although I do not usually write reviews, this experience was so poor that I felt compelled to share my feedback."
