"We made a reservation for their New Years Eve dinner and party. Our reservation was for 9pm. We arrived right on time and were told to please wait a bit, they will text us when the table was ready. Other people were also waiting. The group next to us got their table 1 hr after their reservation so we expected to have to wait long. After 1 hr had passed I asked about the status of the table, they couldn’t find our reservation. We had the manager involved and after another 30 min passed our table was finally ready. We ended up at our table at 10:30pm when our reservation was for 9pm. Our waiter was nice but didn’t even offer us water or other drinks. The package included wine which we already had on the table, not sure he thought that’s what we all were drinking. The food was good but the pasta was very salty. We ended our dinner at 11:45pm and started to make our way to the party area (pool deck) and were told we needed wristbands to enter. No one gave us wristbands!!! Here we go again back to another manager for the wristbands. Finally we are able to enter the pool deck at 11:55pm!!!!!! Important to mention we had a minor in our group and no one under 21 could enter the party, which no where in the reservation site was posted. Since we had soooo many issues with our reservation, we were allowed to enter the party just until midnight, so we were at the party for 7 min! We were a family of 5, total amount prepaid $1,096.50!!!"
