"I had a terrible experience with the food at Ken's. The simple platter featured spring rolls that were undercooked and had a fishy taste, shrimp tempura that was greasy, and wings that tasted cheap and frozen, despite being labeled as wings. The teriyaki chicken tasted overwhelmingly of vinegar, and to make matters worse, there were no sauces included with the delivery. The triple delight dish was equally disappointing. I definitely will not be ordering from Ken's again."

"honestly disappointed by my first and only experience in this facility, especially after I heard such wonderful things from a close friend. for beginners our waitress was very impatient and very rude. they took a stance on a misunderstanding on their part, which was shocking when considering that most foods are not freshened. I ordered general Tso chicken and the brokkoli with which it came was cold on the touch. When I asked the waitress about it, she said that the brokkoli decoration is so that it is not necessary to warm it up. I've eaten this dish for 20 years. the broccoli was always boiled to the temperature of the chicken. the manager had the same bad attitude. this device is nothing but an overpriced, disguised China wok. you better go to the shopping center and get Chinese food there. it will be a third of the price with better quality service and eat."

"I've been here a couple of times but this time it was a little disappointing. The braesola starter which I love really saved up on the mushrooms. And they were plain old mushrooms, not the fabulous wild mushrooms they had in the past. I was amazed. The pasta specifically was salty and dry. The fried calamari and prawns were very salty too. The quality of the food that goes into the meals is really top notch. In their defense, we went there right after the holiday weekend and maybe it was a little different. It won't stop us from coming back in the hope that it was an anomaly rather than the norm."

"I have ordered the delivery for years from here, as it is not far from my house. although it says vegetarian, they are all vegan and use soy protein. they also have tofu dishes. it also has Japanese food so that they can also get miso suppe and veggie sushi. I've never eaten, but maybe one day I will. love this place!"

"I took my wife and two children out for Mother's Day and only had to wait 5 minutes for a Hibachi table at 3:30. The restaurant was super clean, even the ventilation above the grill looked brand new. The chef was skilled and engaging, cooking our food perfectly. My son and I had shrimp and noodles, while my wife and daughter chose rice. I had 13 shrimp, all cooked the same way, and they came with 2 sauces (other places usually have 4). Overall, I would give this restaurant a 5/5 for cleanliness and a 4/5 for the food. Not bad at all, definitely one of the better options in the area."

"Wow. This place. I don't know where to start this place is absolutley spectacular. Everything is perfect, cannot be improved not the call not the order taker not the chef the time the service the value the foodddddd even the driver. If I just bought this joint, I couldn't pick a single thing to do differently that's how maticulois they've made every decision. Best I've ever had from anywhere period. It really is... simple as that. Especially the general tsos chicken it's one of my favorites but I never order it most places don't make it well and when it's not done right it goes from favorite to not even edible when you're starving despite how popular or common it is it's not an easy dish to make food. Theirs seems to be white breast meat, thinly batter and very crispy somehow covered in sauce and in an airtight container for delivery. Howw??? Magic. Even dine in orders are soggy mushy I can't even imagine what your dine in GTC would be! I'm glad I trusted the reviews and tried them hats off to this place nothing compares. Certainly the best in this area no questions but to be honest, I can't name any Chinese takeout where Ive finished my entire order let alone the ťirst bite be as good as the first. I dont think I can even name that from any takout at all actually aside from .aybe mm<5 rbe McDonald's. The chow fun or whatever the skinny noodles are called, as well as the chicken wings....i just tasted which is why I automatically had to write this. I think I may have left 2 reviews in 20 years on here. This one is absolutley well deserved. Bravo to the chef, and the dude on the phone despite calling 10 minutes to close I almost refused to order when I realized the time like an idiot and he not only insisted that I continue but clearly confirmed my slightly picky order. Patiently, without rushing, even giggled s few times no attitude no F ups. And thennnn...he offerred to deliver it but I felt horrible to ask for that and he kinda suspected it so he also insisted to deliver it. Food came in 20 minutes, 3 entrees. Everyone loved theirs equally just an amazing experiance from my hesitant start of the order. Literally there's nothing that I can make up to have made it better. Please, don't change a thing I'm sure you've tailored every detail of your system over years for it to be this seamless and accurate but you've done it right and without a doubt anyone ordering from you for their first time if they're local you know they're locked in for life! "I can’t believe I didn't know this place existed, just two minutes from my home! My go-to Chinese restaurant is in Hudson, and after moving to Albany, I thought I’d have to settle for mediocre Chinese food. However, a random craving and a quick Google search led me to this spot for takeout. I was amazed! The coconut shrimp rice and egg noodle duck were incredible, and both dishes came in generous portions at a very reasonable price. The preparation time was also impressive, exactly 20 minutes as promised over the phone. I highly recommend it!"

"Just ordered delivery last night and WOW was I impressed. My wife and I had a late lunch while shopping all day so after we got home we wanted a little something to share. My wife remembered recieving a menu in our door a couple days prior and wanted to try it. She ordered the steak and shrimp hibachi and cheese steak egg rolls. I recently just had my first steak and cheese egg roll about 4 months ago and I've been hooked ever since so eveytime we order Chinese I get an order. At first I thought they were a little expensive at $6.95 but when I got them they were 2 huge egg rolls and the BEST cheese steak egg rolls I've ever had!! And for the steak and shrimp hibachi ... WOW it was great! Everytime we go out to hibachi my wife drenches it with their yum yum sauce but she didn't even use it on Sakura cafes hivachi. It wasn't needed. It was the best fried rice I've ever eaten and the steak was tender and shrimp cooked perfect. Also to a great surprise they threw in some free orange chicken with lomein and shrimp tempura she packed for my lunch for Today and I can say I can't wait to eat my lunch! We will be ordering again, and highly recommend it!"

"I placed an order through Uber Eats and was super impressed with the entire experience. I have a couple local favorite sushi places and had not tried this one. I’m adding it to my list. I got Sushi combo 3 and didn’t expect three full size rolls, but that’s what I got along with a chicken soup and garden side salad and it was all fresh and delicious. The one thing that I think the restaurant could do better is provide a complete description of what comes with the combo, but I was in it for the Sushi so the soup and salad was just icing on the cake."

"My new fave spot for sashimi! Was craving for sashimi one night and found this place. At first I was a bit wary cause of some reviews but decided to just go for it. Got the sashimi deluxe, the salmon sashimi set (15 pcs), and some pieces a la carte. They were absolutely fresh! Thick cuts, and at the perfect temperature too. Haven't tried any of the other menu items though, but this place will def be my go to for sashimi."

"Sushi was straight up gross. Tempura was so hard like it was old, REALLY old. California roll was falling to pieces upon delivery and had no flavor at all. Seems like they rushed to throw it together. Everything was smashed together so the Wasabi and ginger were all over the rolls and I hate both. Didn't care for the Burbon chicken previously, but was willing to give them another shot. Wish I hadn't... never ordering from here again."

"my man and I eat here all the time, we are both incredibly picky when it comes to sushi and quality. that is an excellent restaurant and the fish is always fresh. also they are almost always right when it comes to estimated time for pickup take. it is really amazing how exactly they are not getting it after it was said 30 minutes to find out that sushi has been sitting there for 20 minutes. it's getting almost right out when we walk in the door. I'm going there now, I want to know why?"

"Ended up eating here by accident, the place we attempted to dine at moved to an upstairs location and I wasnt able to carry my stroller up a steep and narrow staircase, so we went across to Takara and we were very happy we did. The seaweed salad was the best I have ever had! The sushi tasted very fresh and the Thai Basil Rice with Shrimp was so tasty. I would definitely visit this place again."

There were four of us and we all raved about our meals (from sushi to sashimi to poke bowls). We also had the Ahi tuna it was okay. The tuna in my poke bowl was better quality."
