"I ordered four ham and cheese sandwiches with all the toppings—two with Swiss cheese and two with American cheese. Instead, I received all four with American cheese and turkey. This has happened to me over five times. One of the female employees was very rude. They seriously need to improve their customer service. Everyone there should be replaced."

"Not my kind of place. The bar / tavern had screaming, loud customers on a day when there was no one around. Really a tasting menu, teen plate, teen servings, bad value for money. The waitress told me that the green peppers in my clam chowder were mild - they weren't and had to spit out with a burning mouth. Really embarrassing when I was treated. Instead, they gave me asparagus. Your only vegetable. They didn't notice that my water glass was empty and I had to request it. Backless benches to sit in the tavern / bar, but you can request an uncomfortable chair. Not a place where you, like me, eat a lot of healthy protein and vegetables. I don't like leaving a restaurant where I feel bloated with too much food, but I don't want to go hungry either. The coffee was good after the meal."

"I grew up in Jackson Heights in the late '70s and '80s and Jahn 's was the go-to place for hanging out and dates when I was a kid. Many Friday and Saturday nights back then usually meant a movie at the Jackson or Colony theater and then off to Jahn 's afterwards! I have to be honest, just knowing that Jahn 's is still around brings tears to my eyes. I have so many fond memories of this place and going there with friends and my special girlfriend. This place is a treasure and I am certain that they have given other young people the same kind of memories that I got. It just fills my heart to know that they are still around.Kid-friendliness: Jahn 's just loves kids!Dietary restrictions: Today, I have many dietary restrictions. "Although the food was good I just cannot get over the fact that the service was so incredibly poor. Things took a very long time to get to the table including the dessert which was just a slice of cake (how long could that take We were waiting for so long for things like water or our entrees that by the time we ordered dessert we figured it would be best to order it together w the check as to avoid further delays. We understood there was a large party at the same time as us but that does not explain how other tables that came in after us left much faster than us which had us thinking our server liked us so much she wanted us to close the restaurant with her. The manager did come to apologize for the delays at one point but that only seemed to slow things down further as any course after said check in took much longer ð¤·ð»ââï¸ beyond my understanding reallyâ¦â¦also oddly enough the pictures on the website really do not much the real life thingâ¦..figured i mentioned because they are quite different"

"I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The food was subpar—my chicken cheesesteak didn't even have any cheese on it! The staff member who took my order at the counter was rude. When I called to inform him about the missing cheese, he actually argued with me. I booked this at a resort, so there's really no reason for me to lie about a $12 sandwich. One of the employees, who identified himself as Joel, was particularly unhelpful. I would recommend avoiding this place altogether; the food feels like the worst kind of cafeteria fare. It's unbelievable that Joel couldn't even remember leaving the cheese off my chicken cheesesteak. So disappointing."

"I drove to my favorite lunch spot when I decided to give this place a tryout, at the beginning I was dissatisfied by the greeting staff who took me to my table, as not even say hello to me, anyway, after I was assigned to judith everything was much better, great customer service, very professional and she was on everything, I was served french toast and a delicious hamburg. the price is kind of high, but it was worth it, they also sell jam on their deli department by the pfund. very nice place to taste a good sandwich a delicious omelet with a good atmosphere and service."

"absolutely inferior pizza and hoagies. the crust was boiled and soggy. ingredients are bland and tasteless (bad quality), the sauce (they did not even use enough, but perhaps that was a blessing) was watery and tasteless. hoagies are filled with high-quality ingredients and laid in stilt rolls. to eat completely terrible and disgusting. a bite and that was enough. in addition, the customer service has upset itself. they refuse to recognize that they are no longer on their game. they will argue with them and lie, not a manager tn cheap refunds. in all my years working in the industry, this is a dedication for a restaurant to refuse to take responsibility and accountability. this place was good earlier. I'm not gonna order from here again. many other places that will like to send high-quality food, and will be proud of their product."

"my wife and I had an early dinner here when a Saturday event ended early. we had missed it at lunch, so we started with her beech. crispy thick potato chips with beer cheese meat and gravy that are definitely worth a try. she had an Irish mule and I went for the rob burns, both were excellent. she enjoyed her enough that she had a second with her fishing and chips. the fish/chips were good and the accompanying claw was excellent. I had my first brain cake. in principle a meat cake with potatoes as top crust. good taste and very filling. as we missed the lunch we splashed and shared a brotpudding that was one of their favorite desserts. it was more like a combed french toast than a conventional brotpudding and it was the perfect finish. krispy and sweet on the outside with a very nice taste and texture inside. we stopped here a few times before the pub farewell and we were never disappointed. we will be back and I can recommend this place without reservation for casual fun and good eating."

"We had lunch at the restaurant on Thursday and Teresa was our server—she did a fantastic job! Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious! We started with a cup of their clam chowder, which was packed with flavor but quite thick. I had the red rock crab Alfredo, served with a slice of garlic toast, and it was among the best Alfredo I've had in a long time—hats off to the chef! The sauce was creamy and cheesy, filled with chunks of crab that my husband just couldn't resist stealing bites of! He opted for the country-style steak with gravy, which was also quite tasty."

"Tried this joke of a place for the first time using the Slice app.While using the app, the user is presented with a choice of a crust, regular or thin, I chose regular as I hate thin crust.Out of 4 items ordered, 3 were wrong.Pizza was as thin and hard as cardboard (not regular by any standard, photos attached). After raising the issue with Slice, we were told that the only have one type of crust...In that case, why is the user presented with an option?????Ordered white pizza got regular.Ordered diet Pepsi got diet Coke (there is a difference).The last ordered item was pasta in garlic and oil which was over saturated with oil with a large amount of oil sitting in the bottom of the container.The concept of an eatery messing up a written order is mind blowing and goes to show that this place will send you whatever they want, not what the customer asked for or that their staff is simply incompetent in following a very simple request.Needless to say will not be using them ever again."

"Went there for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and everything was amazing! The cheesecake was like heaven on a plate, creamy and light enough to make the perfect dessert, even after a heavy dinner. For breakfast I had their Lumberjck meal, which had 2 griddle cakes that were so fluffy, and came with bacon, sausage, and your choice of home fries or grits (I got the grits). For lunch I had the Reuben sandwich which was packed in with corned beef, but again, so delicious! For dinner I only had the disco fries with the cheesecake. All of it was *chefs kiss*. The staff were super friendly and the restaurant has a Brooklyn theme (as that's where the original location is from) but it made me feel super welcomed and at home. I would absolutely recommend and definitely go again!!"

"We went there for the first time tonight for dinner. The service was great and the food was fantastic. I had a hard time deciding on which dinner to choose as they all looked so good. I chose the Gyros Platter. I was especially pleased with the Greek salad, so fresh and the dressing was amazing. The restaurant appeared very clean, and the portions were very generous. I would recommend this restaurant to any and all and we'll be coming back again soon!"

"The food is excellent. However, the small portions make the value of the food poor. I ordered a soda, appetizer, entree, and dessert. I spent $42 $9 tip and I was still hungry. It seems to struggle between intimate eatery and sports bar for ambiance. Service was good. I never had to wait and the time between my appetizer and entree was perfect. I was offered a cookie and ice cream dessert, which was excellent. The dessert was the highlight of the meal. The perfect combination of caramel, chocolate, and ice cream. Overall, I would come for dessert and drinks or appetizer and drinks, but eat a more filling meal somewhere else."

"Went there for the first time yesterday. The staff is friendly and service quick and excellent. I got the beef gyro, delicious and reasonably priced. The orzo soup amazing! My favorite was the way they make their fries, hot and crispy and enough for a whole meal I went back today and got a delicious corned beef Ruben. Today I noticed they have beautiful pastries including cheese cake and baklava. Can't wait to try their breakfast and dinner items!"
