"Used to be a big fan of this place. The last 3-4 times we have been here, everything has been really, really, really slow. If you have anything else on your evening agenda, you’ll be better off going elsewhere. Notwithstanding a reservation, it was over an hour before dinner got to our table. We witnessed a party at the table next to us, who were clearly dressed to the nines for another event, simply have to leave after nothing but their drinks and bread, as their meals were nowhere close to being ready after about an hour. The waitstaff was doing what they could, but the back of the house was apparently hopelessly behind. There was also a growing gathering of DoorDash or UberEats drivers lined up waiting on pick ups. This used to be a great place for dinner—even special occasions—but for the past year or so it has simply been a disappointment each visit. I’m tired of giving then a second, third and fourth chance. As much as I’d like to see them succeed, I’m washing my hands of this place."
