"I always offer to go to Brixx when my family wants pizza, since I’m the only plant-based person in my family, as it easily accommodates vegans. Their thin crust is already vegan, and they offer a vegan cheese that is similar to a mozzarella. I normally get a vegan version of the Hawaiian (without prosciutto or real cheese) but it can come out a bit dry since the pizza doesn’t use sauce. Depending on how it’s done, some veganized pizzas can be better to others. Most of the time, the quality boils down to the pizza chef."
