"The presentation of the food was nice, although nothing out of the ordinary. I was a bit let down by the loco moco; the meat tasted like an average burger patty. The Kalua pork had a pleasant smoky flavor, but it was on the dry side. As for the kimchi, it was more pickled than spicy, with a heat level of about 1, which was not what we expected.
That said, the food was decent, just not particularly memorable. Unfortunately, no one in our group ordered ramen, so I can't provide any feedback on that, but I’ve heard it’s quite good. The service was okay as well. They brought out our appetizers, but we were missing plates, napkins, and utensils until we asked for them.
I would rate the food at 3.5 stars and the service at 3 stars, giving an overall experience of 3 stars. Hopefully, it will be better on our next visit! Until next time!"
