"As drinks and food started to come out, everything seemed fine. However, once we finished and the waitress presented the bill, it included a long list of items that she claimed were ordered but not paid for. We noticed that several items had been added to our bill that we hadn't ordered, and during our meal, multiple dishes came out only to be returned to the kitchen because they were unnecessary. In the end, we found ourselves stuck with a bill exceeding $100 for food that went unclaimed and was likely discarded or returned.
Despite our large group, there were only a few other tables occupied at the time, and they had assured us they could handle our party. To make matters worse, while we were trying to sort out the bill, one waitress was overheard telling another that she was going to "lose her sh!t," which was quite unprofessional given that our team had just spent over $1,000 there.
If you're in the area and looking for a good place to eat, I recommend checking out the Home Team Pub. They offer great food and better service at a lower cost.
UPDATE: Following their request to reach out through their website, I did so on the same day. Over a week has passed with no response, and I don’t expect to hear from them. They received our money, and more than they deserved due to their own errors. I would advise avoiding this place!"
