"Absolutely dirty place. The smoke side was not updated in JAHRE. Went 4 weeks ago to have a few beers and play some pool. Yesterday back and chalk that was on the rug 4 weeks ago STILL was there. The bar falls apart, the game is SUPER tight, and the area was not really cleaned in years. I've been driving at other Bully locations for a long time, but that's probably the last we'll stop at Galena. The bartenders are mostly great. Friendly and fast with drinks and food. The food is far too expensive for quality and what you get. For any reason every time I order the same, is it different? I ordered food here for the cost/quality flow Tide. Management advice: CLEAN. It is appalling that the same spills and crumbs on the ground after a MONTH are still there. The bar is usually empty - your staff has more than enough time to water the place up. I wonder what the kitchen looks like. I wish there was a Flowing Tide here - they seem to be taking care of investing a little more in their locations than can be said about these bullys. Edit Forgot to add- one of last times I was there staff overserved a woman to the point where she out on the Grosscouchs for a few hours."
