"What a disappointment! Never again will I order from this place, and I do not recommend. I placed an order online to get food for myself, my partner and my son who was in the hospital. They gave me an expected delivery time and I was okay with waiting the 45 minutes. When I got the notification that they were 5 minutes away, I went downstairs to wait for the delivery. When the bag was handed to me I immediately noticed I didn 't have my drink. I asked the driver about it and his response was that 's how they gave me your order, call them and they may send someone else with the missing items . I was pissed. I went upstairs went through the bag and noticed that they put items that I didn 't order at all, plus, my drinks were missing. I called the restaurant directly and asked to speak to a manager. The person who picked up was totally unprofessional. They were having side conversations that was not intended for anyone to hear. When the manager got on the phone, I explained the situation, he asked for my name and asked what I ordered. After the review he told one of the employees there the mistake that occurred and said if you don 't know how to do this then don 't do it because you messed up the order his response to me was I can make you the order over if you want I asked how long it would take. He said about 15 minutes you can come pick it up I explained how I was in the hospital and that was the reason why I had it delivered in the first place. He then says I don 't have a driver at this time so you can pick up if you want me to do the order over or I can refund I was highly upset because I just wanted what I ordered. When I opened up one of the items (the classic burger) it was dry and not what I expected, and they missed adding the cheese !! Needless to say horrible first experience."
