"I used to be a regular customer last year, but both of my visits this year were disappointing. Despite having twice as many staff members, the service was surprisingly poor. On my first visit, the pace was slow, and the quality of the food had declined compared to before. During both visits, the restaurant wasn't even busy during peak hours. Today, I waited for what felt like forever for someone to take my order, while several cars that arrived after me were served first. All I got was a glimpse of a server who, while passing by, only acknowledged me by looking my way as she attended to others. Feeling ignored, I decided to leave. It's clear they don't seem to value my business anymore. I hope someone from the restaurant sees this and works on addressing these issues before they lose more loyal customers like me."
