"We made a reservation tonight for after the Clemson football game, we are from out of town. Well, I sent the address to my husband and he went to the wrong one. I called and they said, come on! They were so accommodating and the food was absolutely amazing! Marissa was our server and she was fantastic, all the orders were correct and delicious. She is very knowledgeable of the menu and my vegan veggie burger and kale salad (which is why I picked there) well worth the distance and was just so yummy! Don’t miss out, get your reservation and try them out!"

"I'll keep this short because I don't like giving negative reviews, but this experience is worth sharing. Our server was working hard, despite having more tables than the other servers. Unfortunately, our food took at least 30 minutes to come out and arrived cold. The server took the plates back without hesitation to fix the issue. We would have been happy with just fresh fries instead of waiting another 15-20 minutes for warm food. The manager finally brought our bill after wandering around for 30+ minutes. When we mentioned the cold food and long wait, he took back the bill and said they didn't need it. He apologized and mentioned that it wasn't as expected. We felt that a simple apology earlier on would have sufficed, rather than receiving new food or a complimentary meal. Overall, better communication, sincerity, and timeliness would have been more appreciated."

"Five people reservation before a movie. We have set ourselves and we have not received water / order 30 minutes. Short staff, but the staff that worked, did not seem to care and had endless attitude. We ordered a mixture of rumours such as salads, onion rings, beef burgers and Bisonburgers. Each individual participant had a problem in terms of quality, missing items, underoccupied, etc. We spent 15 minutes in the restaurant and didn't eat a single dish. We've got food to go before our movie. The last culinary experience was a few years ago, and I had Bison bones in my burger. I was hoping it would be better this time because it was always well grown up. I would definitely avoid. *side note- the cook cannot cook properly meat. One of our guests ordered medium well and the burger was as rare as possible. Borderline?blue? if familiar with this cooking temperature. Absolutely terrible restaurant."

"I eat here more than I should admit. If you’re in town for business it’s a go to from both the location and the food and service. If you’re a local, here’s a pro tip: it’s a business week oriented restaurant so the weekends are easier to get a seat! That said; can’t go wrong with anything on the menu (unless you’re from Maryland and are a crab cake snob these are really good crab cakes, but they’re not Maryland crab cakes). The bison anything is a must, and the salt and pepper trout (when available PLEASE MAKE IT A MENU ITEM) is the best. The other locations are great as well (but parking downtown ugh) the SW location has a great bar setup. But the airport one is my spot. Update: PLEASE ADD THE SALT AND PEPPER TROUT. Heard others complaining about this too!!"

"Dining out has changed quite a bit lately. Ted's offered a typical experience, with food that’s slightly above average—depending on your expectations—and decent service. It was quite busy at 7 PM on a Thursday with limited staff. The servers who attended to me were excellent. However, some other staff members appeared unfriendly and seemed slightly annoyed by the rush, which I can understand, but they could at least put on a better front since it's customer service. The food was enjoyable: I had the bison strip along with a broccoli and kale salad. Nothing overly fancy, but it was tasty. The wine selection was impressive, and the liquor options were solid. I didn’t look into the beer options, so I can't comment on that."

"We also tried an appetizer, the crab cake, which cost $14. Unfortunately, we felt it wasn’t worth it; it was small and came with a tiny kale salad. I wouldn’t order that again. We all enjoyed drinks, but they were a bit overpriced for their size, starting at $9. As for dessert, it was delightful! The birthday girl had the strawberry shortcake and absolutely loved it, and we also tried the brownie, which was excellent as well. Our server, whom I believe was named Michael, was fantastic—friendly and helpful, and he had no issues splitting our checks. Overall, I would definitely return, and the location was easy to find."
