"Additionally, the website claimed that the rooms would have a small refrigerator, but there wasn't one in ours. I believe they are fully accountable for this misleading advertisement, and the staff member I spoke with only added to the confusion. The bar portrayed on the website was quite different from the actual one; I had to walk through the bar area to check in, and instead of a proper check-in counter, there was just a chair with cigarette burns. That was our not-so-warm welcome—a smoking chair.
During the night, we had to keep the windows open because the air conditioner was broken and the room felt stuffy. Around 2 a.m., I was disturbed by a loud woman who was vomiting. Overall, the place seemed run-down, although I must give credit to the lady at checkout for being very friendly. We mentioned the discrepancies with the website and showed her the evidence right there at the counter; her reaction was one of disbelief (she used a more colorful expression).
Interestingly, they never collected any credit card information during check-in and told us to pay at checkout. We briefly considered looking for another place after the wedding but ultimately decided to stay. We were also worried about bed bugs and checked the mattress, but thankfully, we didn’t find any. I recommend exercising caution regarding this establishment; the online pictures do not accurately reflect what you might encounter."
