"My order came out wrong, but bear with me, their customer service ROCKS! We came with our family a week ago at 11am on a Sunday. Everyone ordered their meal and I ordered the crispy chicken salad with ranch. within 13 minuets, all of our food came out. Itwas brought out by a food runner who promptly put the chicken strip basked down in front of me. I told him that I ordered thesalad and he went to get our waiter. When our waiter returned, he began by apologizing for the mix up and asked again exactlywhat I wanted. I gave him the order and he made sure that it was expedited. Yall, he went above and beyond. He had alreadymade sure that everyone in his section had been taken care of and was filling drinks left and right. He comped my meal (eventhough it was an honest mistake) and let us take home the chicken strip meal. He even offered us to go cups for all of ourdrinks. I truly enjoyed the customer service that we experienced. We will be coming back soon."

"We stopped for brunch before the Steelers game. When we arrived, there were only three other customers, but it took a long time to get our drinks and even longer after we placed our order. I ended up having to go behind the bar to get another drink myself. As more people started to come in, the service did improve, but it still felt like there weren't enough servers for the number of guests. The food, while tasty, arrived lukewarm, as if it had been sitting out for a while before being served. Despite the issues, I like Cain's and would consider returning."

"The prices of everything have gone up, but thankfully the quality of food at Red Robin has stayed the same. I greatly appreciate a place that has a both some vegan and many vegetarian options available. There are also many chicken and beef burger options, appetizers, adult drinks, and a few desserts. My go to burger is the Whiskey River BBQ Burger with a veggie patty. Smoke AndPepper is my boyfriend 's favorite burger. My daughter enjoys the endless Mac n cheese and mandarin oranges. I tried the newParadise Punch cocktail which was pretty good (could use a splash more alcohol), and the Strawberry Freckled Lemonade cake wasdelicious! The interior is almost the same as the Tempe Marketplace location which we 've frequented many times. A managervisited our table and was very nice. Our server was okay, a little flat but nice. Our fry and water refills took longer thanusual. We saw 2 other people working there because they have a sort of buddy system with food and drink delivery. We told themwe were celebrating our kids birthdays which usually they offer a birthday song (they sang for the table behind us when he wewere first seated) but guess it slipped their minds. If you 're not part of their rewards program (Red Robin Royalty) I highlyrecommend signing up now. You get a free gourmet burger during your birth month, and if you have kids add their birthdays for afree kids meal during their birth month as well. Our kids received balloons after their meals. Bathrooms were fairly clean.Overall we will be back to this location. There wasn 't anything inherently wrong with our visit and it was a good time. Lookforward to another nice visit in the future."

"Stopped at a nice Cobblestone Inn for the evening, the receptionist and another traveler recommended 4th Main Grill. We drove around the block twice! Finally decided this must be the place, took the elevator up and we arrived and it was worth the search. The waiter was attentive, friendly and answered our questions. I was craving a good burger and it did not disappoint. My friend was well satisfied with her Pico bowl! Hated to not eat it all, because it was delicious! We would recommend this out of the way gem if you are any where close to Wray, CO! "I visited this restaurant with a group of six and really loved the location and the variety of menu options available. The food was fantastic, but the service was slow since there was only one person working in the kitchen. It took about an hour for our entire party to receive our meals. I think having an extra person in the kitchen or an expediter could help speed things up."

"Loves the Bleu Burger and delicious bungalow. Burger became just as desired.. Would you recommend the potatoes fries over the zucchini, a bit greasy, overwhelming heavy bread with muddy interior. We had three servers. The food came out quickly. Price expresses this from our every day Burger category, with lace was $50 for two, a drink, charge for onion rings instead of frits, and the $7 dessert and lace. Table-Credite Machine standard on 20% tip that can be customized-just a FYI. Our Dessert Mile-high mud cake was frozen and rolled off from the plate, so not sure whether it was an ice cream cake or more from a mousse. It tasted good, as it felt. Recommended to offer them the video games on their table credit machine for free. You're $1,99."

"The steaks were outstanding. I honestly think that this place makes the best steak in Syracuse. Perfectly seasoned and Perfectly cooked. My only complaint was the nasty zucchini vegetable of the day type side that the waitress never acknowledged or asked about. If given the opportunity I would have said.. please don't put that on my plate... It will only end up in the trash... and it did. Also I was surprised how tiny the overall restaurant was. The dining area had about 15 small tables and the place was packed on a Tuesday night. It was pretty loud because of all of the people dining in such a small space. Oh and no kids menu if you have young picky eaters. I personally wouldn't bring a small child to a place like this. Children probably won't appreciate the cook on a $39 steak and don't have the traditional chicken fingers or Mac n cheese options that are available at other establishments."

"We went for brunch this morning. We ordered the braised short rib and old bae Benny. It was good enough food but just seemed to fall short of what I was hoping for. The short ribs seemed like flank steak strips (no rib in sight). The poached eggs with the hollandaise were solid instead of runny. The tomato jam fought with the other elements of the crab cake and hollandaise dish IMHO. The food the past couple years seems to have changed to lean on cream and butter more heavily in the dishes instead of having some complexity of content and composition. I found the shrimp and grits to be this way in the past. I see less of a farm to table, creative and exciting vibe that used to be there 5 years ago and more reliance on fat to make up for a lack of these things. I found it downright odd that any braised short rib dish would be served swimming with a cream, cheese sauce. I looked on the Internet and sure enough a new chef came on in 2022 which accounts for what seems to have changed for me. I think a lot of people would find this cooking not only yummy but also what they are actually looking for in a restaurant. The traditional heavy American cuisine ala Paula Deen is just not my cup of tea. I miss the lighter but complex, exceptionally executed fare, with flavors from all over the world."

"Very friendly service. Largest selection of complex pizzas: 'Primo ' was excellent. No-hassle substitution of olives in place of mushrooms. Crust option for 'ancient grains ' was fantastic, with crispy thin crust of whole grain. Salad was also good. Seating outside on sidewalk was quiet; larger indoor was available, too."

"In my opinion, this restaurant used to be a true Italian treasure, but since the pandemic, changes in staff have led to a shift in the food, which now feels more like Olive Garden fare instead of the authentic dishes we once loved. It's still a reasonable place to eat, but expect meals that resemble those offered at Olive Garden rather than genuine homemade Italian cuisine. I used to visit frequently and even brought friends from Portland, Hillsboro, and Seattle to enjoy what I believed was a local gem in St. Helens. The atmosphere used to feel like a warm Italian family gathering, with a host who made everyone feel like part of the family. Unfortunately, since COVID, the overall quality seems to have declined. The sauces now taste pre-packaged, and there are additional charges for items that were previously included with meals. I wish more restaurants would take a cue from Copper River Restaurant in Hillsboro, which has kept its scratch-made menu and reasonable prices. While this restaurant still has its merits, it doesn't quite deserve the 5-star ratings some have given it. I want to support local establishments, but I genuinely miss the original quality and flavors that made this place special. Overall, it's a decent option, but not as good as it used to be; therefore, I would rate it 3 stars."

YES YES YES ...HOW MUCH FRESHLY GRATED SHAVED WOULD YOU LIKE ? my heart can't keep up at this point . The pasta dishes are ample not over the top huge but , very satisfying . If you are dining solo or , have the whole family ? , I think you would leave with Italian love in not only your belly but , your heart as well ."

"It was my first time, so I'd be ready to give him another shot. House salad was excellent. The chicken was dry and seasoned. It wasn't bad, it was just not as good as possible. Dessert was gigantic. I didn't eat it so I can't comment on the taste, but it looked good. The prices seem high for what you get (but with inflation everything seems like that again). I'm about 3.5*, but this place could be 5*, so I can turn around."

"I needed to use the restroom and wasn't very hungry, so I decided to order something small. Originally, I was going to get shrimp tacos, but my friend recommended their clam chowder. The price was too good to pass up, but I wanted to make sure it didn't contain olive oil. After the server confirmed it was olive oil-free, I ordered it. It was definitely worth it and more. I forgot to ask if they made their own sourdough bread bowl because it was cooked perfectly. It had a light crisp on the outside and was tender on the inside, which paired perfectly with their well-balanced clam chowder. It was delicious. My only "complaint" would be that there could have been more clams for the price, but that's hardly a complaint. I plan on going back to try their other dishes, and you should too! Cheers."

"What a fantastic and unexpected delight! We stopped by on our way home from vacation, and I might just have to take the same route again whenever we're near Gatlinburg. At first, we were a bit skeptical as we drove past a trailer park, but don’t let the unassuming exterior fool you—this place is a gem. Our waitress, Brittany, was incredibly sweet and even shared some of the restaurant's history with us. I ordered the Burgasteak, which was delicious, and the side of potatoes was wonderfully aromatic with herbs. My son had the kids' steak bites, and I was thrilled to find that the mac and cheese was of high quality, not just filling. I can't recommend the French onion soup enough; it might be the best I've ever had. My husband ordered the Monte Cristo sandwich, which was huge—in a good way! The loaded fries were also a hit. Do yourself a favor and stop by. The decor is charming and spotless as well. I wish I could give them more than five stars!"

"Lisa, the owner and manager, was not truthful with us. We had reserved the party room and paid a $100 deposit, but when the time came, she gave the room to a friend and left us in the main dining area for our business meeting and Christmas party. The place has become a complete disappointment since her involvement. A couple of years ago, our organization brought nearly 1,000 customers there after a fundraiser, but I can assure you that will not happen again. In the future, we will choose to support a restaurant in Knoxville instead; at least they are honest and don’t take deposits under false pretenses."

"We got to our wedding venue and after the best man checking the bus and finding everything how we found it we went in to the wedding reception. Two days later we received a call from this company telling us that we had wrecked the table in the bus. Our entire group had been taking pictures the entire time and in every single picture the table is upright without any visible problems. The reason we know that the table was fine is because on top of the photos and the double check the best man did when we first got in as we we're all sitting down we found the table to be extremely rickety. So rickety that it could have fallen down on us while we were in the bus. As a consequence of this they insisted on us paying them $150 dollars. On top of all of this my brother, while reserving a bus, was answered by a guy who sounded high. After double checking the date we needed the bus, he told him what day to reserve it for. when the day finally came we came to find out that they had reserved the bus for the day after we needed and the day after we told them we needed it.We had a good time but it was definitely not worth the nightmare this has been for us."
