"This place doesn't even deserve a single star. The staff is awful and lazy! They deceive customers by claiming that their machines are broken just to avoid making the more time-consuming drinks. Their attitudes are terrible, and they act as if it's a burden to serve you. I've been here several times and have consistently heard the same excuse; yet, in the morning, the machines magically seem to work again. I even visited the other Chatime on Main Street, just a two-minute walk away, and they also claimed their machine was 'broken.' When I confronted the employees there, they were rude and suggested I go to the COCO next door instead. It's shocking that they would rather send business to their competitors than take care of their own customers. This level of dishonesty and poor customer service is unacceptable and should be addressed. The location on Roosevelt Avenue is no better; they also lie to their customers. I travel all the way from Long Island for my favorite drink in Flushing, only to be disappointed after an hour drive because of inconsiderate staff. If they don’t serve iced drinks after a certain time, they should communicate that to customers rather than lying about a faulty machine, forcing me to return just to be disappointed again."
