"The Union Canal House is an old staple in the Hershey PA area. I don’t take issue with the food tonight, but the service was quite disorganized and at times, unprofessional. Even though it was New Years Eve, they could have had their act together a little better. But the food was quite good: we enjoyed our lobster tails and my salad was very fresh and crisp with a tasty balsamic vinegar dressing. I spoke to the owner about making sure I get credit for this visit on OpenTable but she didn’t know what I was talking about. She even said they weren’t members of OpenTable!! I thought that was interesting since obviously that’s how I made the reservation!"
