"Was so excited to try this spot but was such a disappointment. My friend and I sat down and ordered 5-6 plates along with just water. The place wasn’t apparently busy by any means. We got one plate. Then we waited over 40 minutes just to receive any other food. No one came to refill our water. No one took the finished plate. A couple got seated right next to us, and were served water upon their arrival. They started receiving their meals after we were STILL waiting to get our food. Once we finally managed to flag down a waiter, the lady told us “oh okay calm down don’t get angry” and she ran off. She didn’t pay us any piece of mind to our concerns. We weren’t served water again until they came to refill for the table next to us, that came after. Will never be coming back. Not to mention, for the price and time it took, they could afford to not make the sushi look like it was cut by children’s scissors. WAITED OVER AN HOUR TO RECIEVE FOOD. And they didn’t do anything to try and solve the issue after us having to complain multiple times. We wish we got up and left after the first half hour of waiting."
