"We had very high hopes for Pier W, however, we were sorely disappointed considering what we paid. We ordered our cocktails which took ten minutes to come out, got rubbery shrimp cocktail, our drinks we ordered to have with dinner never came out and were never acknowledged again while we watched the bartender carry on conversation with what had to be her significant other. The entree was very underwhelming. The striped bass was near inedible and the gnocchi was either cooked from frozen or from the day before. Our oysters, cocktails, and the lobster pasta was good though! The piano player was a real treat and was the best part of the evening. Our meal was north of $200. Not worth it at all in my opinion for a place that’s claim to fame is seafood, you can get far better for your money elsewhere!"
