"I called this evening to order some to go food, and was told they cannot do it because they are too busy right now. I didn 't really understand, so I drove up there to try to place my to go order in person instead (thinking the issue might be making order and then people not showing up for them). The owner was uncouth while explaining the issue. She scoffed more than once and even rolled her eyes, stating they make more money from the people dining in. I don 't appreciate being made to feel like my business is less important or that I am smaller than those who can eat in. Unfortunately, my husband just had surgery and it just wasn 't an option for us to eat in person today. I understand if this is your policy, but please try having some more empathy towards others, especially when turning them away. I would have returned in the future had this been handled better but unfortunately after arriving back home to my husband empty handed tonight, we will never go back."
