"I placed an order requested contactless delivery. The instructions I left were ring bell walk down the stairs and leave at door with glass window. The point of this is to use the door as a barrier between me and the delivery driver. The delivery driver who disregarded everything written and started to approach the door. I let the unmasked ungloved (even though it 's the law!!!!! Know to leave it at the door. With a smirk he replies oh leave it here and drops my food on the floor. I typically wait for the driver to leave before retrieving my food but with the attitude of this driver I rushed through the door to get my food. No sooner do I open the door does the disgusting germ ridden delivery driver starts open air hack coughing. Like seriously? If this is the attitude you 're business is going to take during covid19 just close down. We called to explain to someone the experience we just had with the delivery. Of course we were treated as if we we 're the problem. Completely dismissed and we 're told Oh and about the cough he 's a smoker you do understand smokers cough right? So you 're breaking the law and now you speak to the customer as if we 're stupid. Like you have an issue with reading and comprehension yet I 'm talked to like I 'm stupid. I spend my money I expect respect instead you get mediocre food poor customer service and talked to like you 're an idiot. I read a review from 2 months ago mentioning they weren 't wearing masks. That customer was told they will resolve the issue. 2 months and still no masks. This place is going to be the cause of a covid19 outbreaks in canton if they don 't do better and resolve this. Absolutely disgusting?"

"1) The packaging was subpar. With Uber Eats, restaurants are supposed to pack the food securely to avoid theft or damage. However, as you can see in the attached pictures, the fries were left completely exposed, making it look like the driver could have easily taken some (though we won’t assume that happened). 2) The chicken tenders were priced at $8 for just four pieces (see the attached photo). We expected a better portion for that price, especially since we intended them for several people. To make matters worse, they didn’t include the BBQ sauce we requested, which is essential for enjoying chicken tenders. Overall, we were disappointed with the quality of the tenders. 3) We also didn’t receive any ketchup packets for the Steak Sub, despite our request (refer to the attached receipt). This wouldn’t have been a big deal if we had ketchup on hand, which we did not. It’s strange that they neglected this, as most people typically enjoy ketchup with their steak subs. 4) Additionally, we ordered two portions of seasoned fries, but again received no ketchup packets. It's quite unusual and unprofessional to receive fries and chicken tenders without any condiments. 5) We ordered two Tropicana juices (one orange and one cranberry), but instead received apple juice. If they had run out of cranberry, they should have removed it as an option instead of making an oversight like this. 6) The subs and the really small broccoli cheese soup were average, but I didn’t enjoy my steak sub at all for the reasons mentioned above. The receipt reflects what we ordered, yet they failed to deliver what was promised. All in all, I’m left feeling disappointed after spending over $50."
