"Edit: 01/28/2020 - I returned a few weeks ago and forgot to update. This place is still as fantastic as I remembered; I’m obsessed! We tried the beef carpaccio, and it was out of this world.
Edit: 01/03/22 - Once again, Sapori has exceeded my expectations. My dad wanted to take us out for a nice dinner, and I chose this place. They started us off with bread, and I was pleased to see they now serve oil instead of pâté—much prefer the oil! We sampled a couple of appetizers from the specials menu: pork belly and oxtail. I thought I would like the pork belly more, but the oxtail completely impressed me. My dad ordered the pork chop special, my grandma had the Maiale Alle Mele, I got the Scallopine di Vitello, and my brother had tortellini while my other brother opted for spaghetti with meat sauce. Everything was amazing, and surprisingly, the tortellini ended up being everyone’s favorite! We all enjoyed a cappuccino and each picked our own dessert—chocolate soufflés and one pistachio panna cotta. The pistachio dessert resembled flan in shape, but the texture was quite different; everything was absolutely delicious. We don’t come here very often because it can be pricey, but we are never disappointed. I absolutely love this restaurant!"
