I attempted to get his attention multiple times to ask about my meal, but it felt like he completely ignored me. It was only when my boyfriend returned—being of lighter complexion—that we finally felt acknowledged.
This has taught me not to revisit this establishment, which I found to be overpriced and lacking genuine hospitality, even if it doesn’t quite reach the level of pretentiousness yet.
