"After I placed my order, I was told it would take about 15 minutes, which was fine since I had time to spare, but it actually took 35 minutes. I appreciate that the chicken is made to order, but they need to find a way to serve everything warm. On top of that, I didn’t receive all my chicken initially; they brought out the rest about 10 minutes later. They did give me an extra piece to make up for the wait.
I’d definitely return, but just for the chicken—it really is that good. The atmosphere left a bit to be desired; the tables and chairs felt scattered and unorganized. They could improve this, as the place has great potential. The staff were friendly, though. I hope this feedback helps!"
