"Nuovo was a first for my wife and I. We were celebrating our 2nd anniversary. When we came in we were not really sure where to go and when we finally got to the greeters area there was no one there. My wife and I were standing there wondering if we’d be seated or if we were going to pick a table ourselves, we even contemplated on leaving and walking down to another restaurant down the street. About 10 minutes of awkward standing and a greeter helped us to our table. Our waitress was really nice and attentive despite her being new there. The food was great! The calamari however was a bit small for the price but overall the price of everything else was fair. We even got a complimentary salad. My wife and I had a good experience except for the beginning of it. Not too noisy and not too upscale either (we overdressed). I wish, for it being a reservation for an anniversary, that we were seated with a view to the street but that just comes down to preference."

"My daughter Autumn said it was a dream of her to eat rolled ice after seeing so many of these YouTube videos. This is the customization of your own ice cream in its finest! The best part of the experience is that you observe how it is done before you eat it. Just like Subway. The proportions were also generous. We're definitely going back. I will personally try to choose which combinations next. So many flavors to choose, my wife and children cannot wait until the next time we go back!"

"I've been a Menchie's regular here for years now. One part is because of the products; great variety of flavors that's ever switching and not as bad for you as other brands. But the main reason I come back is the owner. She has always made me and my husband feel completely welcomed from our first visit. Even in these crazy Covid times she has been at the forefront, before mandates, to ensure that her customers can order and enjoy a sweet treat in the safest of settings possible. I think we, as customers, have grown so used to workers doing the bare minimum and/or having no passion in what they do. Maybe that's why others have misinterpreted the passion, care, and dedication of Ms. Menchie's? I know I for one, find it refreshing."
