"I wouldn't recommend this restaurant at all. They call it Nepalese, but it's just a fancy name for Indian food that I love. There are many excellent Indian restaurants here, but this is not one of them. Firstly, there were no other customers when we got there. Two parties came in after us and we are looked after before us. We expressly told the waitress everything mild. When we ordered a birayani she forgot to tell us until we complained that it is always spicy. We started with an inedible lentil soup. It was cold and salty. We asked for hot tea and she said they had gone out that afternoon. Our chicken tikka was all sauce and very little chicken. We sent it back and told them to add more chicken. The shrimp dish was the same - all sauce and hardly any shrimp. The sauces over the rice were pleasant, but overpriced for how little you got. We enjoyed the starter of Mo MO and the Chana Masala. I love Mango Lassi, but they just poured it out of a 1 gallon container. It was probably pre-made in the supermarket. Don't go here when we have such a large and diverse Indian community with excellent restaurants across the region."

"I can't believe I paid $32 for two hot dogs! Sure, they came with crinkle-cut fries, but I have to say, these were the worst hot dogs I've ever tasted. The fries were so salty that I couldn't even finish them, and I usually love salt! The hot dogs are enormous and messy; if you get one with chili, you'll definitely need a fork. If you don’t use a fork, you'll be better off wearing a bib just to handle the mess. It seems like they throw everything but the kitchen sink into the chili, so be sure to ask about the ingredients, as there might be things you don't want in there. Overall, just gross! This is my second visit, and the first time was just as disappointing with a terrible burger and chicken strips. The prices are outrageous. I won’t be coming back again!"

"Usually, if you've been to one Chili's, you've experienced them all. I was honestly surprised at the friendliness of our server (Connor, I think) because he was assigned a huge area and was also the bartender and host. But he was thriving and it was awesome. In his shoes I would have loved some help, but I hope he made from his tables that day.The food was also delicious. I get lunch from another location pretty often, and that same dish's quality can differ wildly depending on the day. This location was on point though. Finally, we had margaritas and they were really good. Mixed well and pleasantly strong for house margs."

"We wandered and stumbled over Mavericks. We arrived and were quickly taken back to a high table. The host quickly passed before there was an opportunity to let him know that we need a lower table. While I do not necessarily look sick, I have some health conditions and I cannot sit on a high chair. My husband went back to the front and waited until he let the host know we needed another table. He didn't look happy, and my husband even mentioned that he thought he was crazy. This, along with the coloured menus, has not started well. But things smoothed and dinner was indispensable. The menu included a simple variety, a rice bowl option, a burger, a steak, a pasta option, a taco option, etc. The star of the menu seemed to be a huge pulp. We saw many of them past different tables. My husband went with tacos with crispy chickens. I landed with smashed crime scenes (without cheese). While it seemed simple enough, they were very well done and tasted better than I expected. Waitstaff was busy, sitting inside and the large outdoor seats available. If you're looking for a place to hang out with friends and drink a drink, that would be the place to go. The bar looked fantastic, many drinking possibilities, and the environment was perfect for different group sizes to come together. For someone like me, with very limited food options, it worked fine."

"I came in here a couple of days ago and really liked this place. It was very clean and had a nice atmosphere. I was in here during a snowstorm with a large group. Our waitress was very friendly but a little slow. It took her quite a while to bring out our drinks. And I get that she was by herself, but it was like she was bringing out one drink at a time. She also never brought out my friend's ranch. As for food, I got the chicken wings and a salad with tuna steak in it. The wings were pretty good and the salad was very good. They were pretty liberal with the dressing, which I liked. Overall, I liked this place. They were a little pricey but the food was pretty good. They have a pretty good variety on their menu as well. The place is also dog friendly, which is cool."

"I haven't visited Chili's in years, so I had high hopes for this visit. Overall, the customer service was excellent. However, the food was a bit disappointing. We ordered the salmon with rice and broccoli, along with black beans, chips, and salsa. Unfortunately, everything was too salty and lacked any distinct flavor other than salt. The salmon needed more time on the heat as it was a bit undercooked in the middle. To cleanse my palate, I ordered a mini lava cake, which had good taste and texture, but was not quite a melted lava cake as expected. Despite the underwhelming food, the friendly and efficient service from Tina would make us consider giving the restaurant another chance in the future. I believe there is always room for improvement in any culinary experience."

"This is a lovely old world Italian restaurant that reminds of another time. It was a snowy day and the restaurant wasn't crowded for lunch, but the food was great. The bread was fresh and delicious. The homemade minestrone was light and fragrant. The shrimp were excellent. It was my girlfriend's birthday, and our waiter brought a delicious dessert with a message in chocolate on his own initiative. We will come back in any case."

"They were a bit busy when I was there, so the service was kind of slow, and it got a little sloppy for us when the guy who delivered the food to the table, the tray down, and it fell on the floor, always soup over the floor, and even on my jacket. It wasn't clean, and I had to wash it anyway, so I did the next day. It took a while to get the replacement appetizers for me and a roommate who was quite fast followed by our ducks. I think things were a bit cooler than I would have preferred this night, but everything tasted good. Besides these few things, everything was fine. It was actually the first time that I had been to this place where we went because as a time we left, there was no waiting for a table, but there was a little wait until the time we got there. At least it wasn't as bad as some of the other locations I saw online. My chicken wars actually came a little on the crisp side, instead of almost asggy as they are much of the time in another place or two where I was, as I did. We can be another time, especially if one of the locations has a 90 to 120 plus minute."

"I have been here since about 3:10pm and I’m just getting a drink at 4:00pm the lunch is over, I was told by the bartender it was no happy hour only to be told by the customer next to me that it is happy hour, because that’s what she told him and he’s been ordering all day. The bartender was asking for help and the manager didn’t help or get help until a lady at the bar wanted to leave because of the terrible service. The manager came over did something to the register never acknowledged any of the customers or said anything never apologized for the inconvenience or the long wait. He had the bartender running the bar and half of the floor by herself. I asked to speak to the manager to tell him my frustrations and he didn’t care he didn’t apologize for being understaffed or for the long wait. I asked his name he didn’t want to tell me so I asked the staff, I was told his name is Mr. Oscar. Oscar needs to be retrained as a manager he has no management skills at all. I then asked him was it happy hour cause I was confused because I was told no by staff but yes by customers so I asked the manager to be sure he said no it’s not so I said the customers said they are ordering happy hour, he then said oh yeah from 3-6 ??‍ I have never been to such a circus. But Liyah the bartender was amazing she had great customer service. Thanks again Liyah for your hospitality, you should teach the manager some hospitality. Still didn’t get asked about my food order and it’s 4:25 so I can’t give a review on that."

"I recently dined at a restaurant on a Sunday afternoon with my party of two and a baby, and it was not a disappointment. Despite the busy atmosphere, we were promptly greeted with friendly and professional service. The Presidente margarita was truly amazing, and the chips and salsa were delicious - we couldn't get enough of the salsa. I ordered the chicken shrimp pasta, which was not as hot as I would have liked, but I was able to enjoy it after letting it sit while I ate the corn. My wife's fajitas were also excellent. Overall, it was a great dining experience and I would definitely return again."

"Been to so many Chili's locations. On average especially when super busy any oops is acceptable. One star only here so I could move on to rant about yesterday's visit in my residential town. 8pm not overly busy, 1hr total of time spent in establishment.Simply a small to go order of 2 drink their version of chili type con queso with a nuke, heat munch bag of chips; prettygood idea there I'll say Rude hostess, bartender a real nasty human, my sister was the one to make our order in person aftermuch lack.of response from the so dalled bartender. She did go as far as to complain to the manager on duty, asking him torefrain from repromanding them til she left. Not as though he even attempted to offer a sple glass of water. A realdisappointment all around. We even witnessed 2 gentleman that sat at a near empty bar weren't treated any better, one of the 2was never waited on and finally gave up. I know as well as anyone, especially from being in this industry that verbalrecognition kindness goes a VERY long way. Definitely contacting corporate on this unnecessary happenings."

"First time going out to eat in a quite a while and was extremely disappointed tonight. Was quickly seated which was great but about 10 minutes goes by before anyone acknowledges that we are there. Our complete order was taken appetizer drinks main course. The table that came in well after us already had their drinks brought to their table before ours was taken. Not long after our order was taken the complementary chips and salsa was brought to our table with no silverware or napkins. About five minutes goes by and then our drinks were brought and they were great. Several more minutes go by and our main course is brought out. I was surprised and said wow we haven’t even gotten our appetizer yet. Without having a chance to further respond they took our main course back to the back and brought our our appetizer. At this point we still have not received silverware or napkins. We try to eat our appetizer which was spinach dip and ended up in a mess and I had to go find someone to get us napkins. After explaining to her that we didn’t have Annie and me holding a puddle of spinach dip in my hand she still did not give me napkins right away. I had to pull a paper towel from her stand that she uses to clean tables with and clean up myself and go back to my table. There we waited and she never came with a napkins. I flag down another person and asked for napkins and he immediately went and found some and brought to us. The main course is brought back out. The steaks were good but the mashed potatoes were very cold. Very disappointing to say the least and this first trip in a very long time."

"Ordered the bowl of chili with house salad. Not sure We got the bowl as the container looked very small. it arrived cold and the cheese on top was not the slightest bit melted. Also ordered the quesadilla explosion salad, where the chicken was also VERY cold and the cheese quesadilla’s were so hard, almost petrified.. lol. We are in a hotel less than 1/2 mile away from this particular chili’s and I can’t believe it was that cold! Unless it was the door dash driver not picking it up promptly. At 6:05 the order was confirmed by Chilis, at 6:24 my driver Rameses was in the lobby, so I tend to think it is not the door dash driver. We had ordered from Chilis earlier in the day since they’re were so close for lunch/snack and brought directly to our room as instructed. This time, Rameses said the front desk never said she can go to the room and the front desk never insisted that she could deliver??!! Not so much a big deal to go get it, but why bother entering instructions for room , etc."

"I usually have a good experience here. Walked in and got seated for 2 right away. I saw about 5 tables were full. I didn't look outside but we sat there for at least 15 min before someone finally came to ask if we wanted drinks. I said oh we would love tohave something to drink... after that because of what I said the waiter began to have an attitude with everything we said..after all that when we got our food he began to tell us he was the only one on the floor. "My family and I are regulars at Chili's. We usually order takeout, so I will review both the dining in and takeout experiences. [TAKEOUT] We really appreciate the convenience of placing mobile orders, and most of the time our food arrives quickly and without any issues. However, there have been occasions where we have had to wait longer than expected (10-15 minutes past the scheduled time) for our orders. We have also received some hastily put together meals or food that wasn't fresh when we got it. I recommend checking your food before leaving the restaurant! My biggest complaint would be the inconsistency in quality. It seems to depend on the time of day, the employees, or even the weather. Our experience can vary greatly. During our last visit, we were informed of a 20-minute wait time, which was not a problem. However, we ended up waiting for 30 minutes, seeing other customers who arrived after us (we watched them park while we waited) being served before us. We ordered the smokehouse combo and burger bites for our children. The food was tasty and fresh, although it was not hot when it reached our table. The corn on the cob was overcooked but when we requested a replacement, the manager himself brought us a new one. He was very friendly. Our waitress was also kind and attentive, her positive attitude added to our enjoyable experience. Overall, I recommend this restaurant. I give it 4 stars based on our regular visits, not just one-time experiences."

"We keep giving this restaurant another chance, but it consistently lets us down. Every time we arrive, there's no one at the hostess stand to greet us. On one occasion, we were on our lunch break, and the waitress forgot to place our order. On another visit, we found hair in our food. I do want to acknowledge that the manager handled the situation professionally. However, on our third visit, we waited 15 minutes before anyone came to take our drink order. Meanwhile, the table next to us mentioned they had been waiting over 30 minutes for their food. We love Chili's, but unfortunately, we'll have to drive out of our way to visit a different location."

"Amazing salsa !! Great service and a fun environment !!! But they need better cooks with more than one style of cooking who know how NOT to overcook all the meat they offer. ALL dishes taste very similar! All with burnt burn marks on "whatever" meat, mixed with similar spices and all well done to finish cooking. The burned cremation, like a fajitas, but for every dish? This is the second time that I had to come here with the same results ... I refuse the next time I am invited ... Maybe have a drink because the mood is good and fun ... she just need better cooks ..."

"I came here today with my wife, was served by Melisa, I don’t usually leave reviews but just came to say she is one of, if not the BEST waitress I have ever came across, especially in chillis. Originally from Danville, I by pass going to Pleasanton chillis or San Leandro chillis, the service is terrible there, driving to Fremont for the better quality food and the awesome waiters, def worth it.
