"Bronco's is my current go-to Mexican restaurant. Sure, there are places closer to me and cheaper. But the food at Bronco's is GOOD and the staff is all really nice and friendly. They have lots of dishes that you can't find at typical places. The meat I get is always good quality. It's located at kempsville road and Volvo, right when you hit Chesapeake from VB. It's between Harris Teeter and Chicho's. It looks small from the outside, but it's big inside. I've eaten a lot of food here. I keep changing my favorite dish, I'll order a fave over and over, then change my mind. Right now I'm all over the shrimp tacos! They're so tasty and healthy, try it with the Diablo sauce (it's not spicy) instead of the chipotle. I've had the verde burrito, the chicken and pineapple dish. My old favorite are these tacos that have shrimp, steak, chicken, bacon, mushrooms, and peppers! They're amazing! My parents come here too now, and they enjoy it too (they're picky boomers who don't travel far from home). I've brought friends and made friends here. The drinks are pretty good, lots of variety for whatever you might want. It can get a little hectic during peak times, food can be slower to come out, they might forget something, the normal stuff that happens when it's busy. Staff will correct whatever you need. They're great there!"
