"It was my husbands first time, I had talked it up so high, it fell slightly short of our expectations. There was a party of young people in the turret that were very loud, we sat next to the unlit fireplace freezing. It was very chilly. Lastly the mashed potatoes were super runny which is not what I was used to getting at Ruby’s. My steak was perfect everything else was delicious. Our waiter, Jared, was very attentive and helpful."

"The Lexington location is great. Valet parking, friendly hostess', attentive waitstaff and great food prepared exactly as ordered. For a steakhouse of this caliber the pricing was in line, if not a bit below lessor quality restaurants I've been to in Lexington. We ate in the bar area which was a bit loud, but that's to be expected. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great meal...Bourbon Filet Mignon with shrimp and grits was spot on!"

"We attended Jeff Rubys for an anniversary and everything was outstanding! The Mac and cheese and mashed potatoes were outstanding as well as steak and salmon! Servers gave great recommendations while keeping conversation minimal with us so we could enjoy ourselves. We also got the air force one cake and WOW was it amazing. A cake that looked identical to the shoe! Worth every penny and an amazing experience! Another family member booked reservations to try for themselves! We will be back."

"I was passing through Colombus and dreamed of visiting this famous place. I was looking forward to enjoying the food and the atmosphere. I ordered Japanese A5 Filet Mignon. I expected to get first-class meat, perfectly cooked by the chef, because it is quite natural to expect from a steak house that they know how to cook steaks. However, what a disappointment it was when I received a burnt steak! It was so black that it was difficult to find it on the plate. The black crust gave off bitterness and interrupted the taste of the meat. I was very disappointed and reported it to the waiter and the manager. All that was offered to me was to remove two sides and one cocktail from my bill. Considering the cost of the steak and the specifically failed preparation of the dish, I consider this insufficient. I never expected to have such a terrible experience in such a respected place! Of course, I will not recommend it to anyone."

"My $70 NY strip was hardly edible!! Not a first time there experience. Like chewing on a piece of leather. I’ve had better steaks at Texas Roadhouse on a bad day. I don’t send food back due to the horror stories you read about that can happen to returned food. A $70 steak should not have to be sent back to begin with. My wife’s filet was very good. I guess we will try Tony’s next time…. Not the meal I was looking forward to at all"

"The food lived up to the very expectations. Service at the bar with Katrina and Rob at the table were first rate. I ended up being a solo diner and arrived early hoping to grab a table but understood the restaurant was full but could wait in the bar, or be seated outside. Not a problem, I was early! What I found us was when I was seated at my reservation time, I counted 9 empty tables in the dining room. Found that a little odd…anyway, I loved the fact they had a great live band in the bar! I was even more appreciative of sound level that still allowed for easy conversations to occur with a very friendly crowd."
