"This was my first visit to the Culinary Institute of America. American Bounty was a wonderful experience. The menu offerings were plentiful and varied- it was hard to decide what to order. Everything was delicious and beautifully presented, from the bread to appetizers to main course and dessert. My guest and I had grilled asparagus and crab cakes to start. For our main course we had lamb and salmon. For dessert we had the most delicious flourless chocolate cake Iâve ever had. The service was excellent too. It was a delightful experience."
