"My husband and I visited this diner 3 times while we were in the area. Twice for dinner and once for breakfast. We were seated promptly. The tables were disinfected and they put up plastic panels between the booths. The servers were very friendly and courteous and you can tell the staff bonds well together. I saw some of them singing together. Very nice to see and I think it makes it a place where the staff actually want to come to work. The first night I had a small cobb salad and they removed what I didn’t want. I thought it was overdressed but I should have asked for dressing on the side, my fault. My husband had chicken tenders and friends and of course, I have to try the fries. They were very good. The second night we both had their beef burgers. A lot of their food is locally sourced and this included the beef. It was very good. I also had a chocolate raspberry shake which is new and it was delicious! On both nights we saw numouss people coming in to pick up take out. They seem to do a good business. For breakfast I had caramel French Toast and I added fresh strawberries for an up charge. Hopefully I can attach some pictures to this review. It was very good. They serve Tazo brand tea in very large mugs (never needed a refill). My husband had the buttermilk pancakes, scrambled eggs, sausage and coffee. We also had a small orange juice and the total came to about $27.00. So it is not cheap but I think the quantity and quality are deserving of this price."

"I visited this WNB location on Monday, October 24, 2022, at 1:03 PM. It had been a while since my last visit in July. When I arrived, I noticed a customer complaining at the window. Since it had been some time, I decided to look at the menu from the right side. A black woman in her sixties behind the counter informed me that I needed to place my order at the register. I replied, “Okay!” and she told me to order when I was ready, but her tone was quite rude towards the staff. I then overheard her speaking to two different customers, mentioning something about a bad attitude. I felt compelled to ask if she was referring to me, to which she replied that I didn’t know her. I clarified that wasn’t my question, and she insisted she wasn’t talking about me. I remarked that it was a relief to hear that! WNB has a sign stating that all good reviews will earn a free milkshake. In my opinion, as long as this woman is working at the counter, WNB won't be able to provide a positive experience. To make matters worse, when my order was ready, she instructed the kitchen staff to hand it to me. She definitely should be reassigned or placed away from public interaction as she is not friendly, and clearly not suited for customer service. She shouldn’t be the first person customers encounter! I rated my experience with 2 stars because, although the burger was delicious, the wings were too salty and overcooked."
