"It's important to read reviews before placing an order. I tried to approach the situation politely and respectfully when I informed the staff that they forgot the drinks in my delivery order. I requested a refund for the drinks, but I was asked if I could come in right away. I explained that I couldn't leave the house at the moment, which is why I opted for delivery. Unfortunately, I was hung up on three times, and my issue wasn't resolved over the phone. I suppose I'll have to stop by in person tomorrow."
