"I met a friend for lunch at Lorna’s – I’m not sure how busy it gets at dinnertime, but it was great for a medium-length lunch. We were seated/served quickly, and our water and the yummy bread just kept coming – this is particularly important to me because I love bread AND I tend to drink a lot of water as I eat! The food was good too. I had the Broccoli Pesto (with penne noodles , really tasty! Although the oil content probably makes it a little less healthy than it otherwise sounds : It didn’t taste oily at the time, but when I went to reheat the leftovers, then you could really see it. So maybe don’t go there every day, but I’d definitely go back for more tasty and affordable Italian meals. Lastly, I’d recommend sitting outside (esp. for lunch, the inside seemed a little dark during the day to soak in the SD sun :"

"We order from here anytime we want good pizza and pasta. The gorgonzola gnocchi is divine. The sauce is so flavorful and there's enough sauce for bread dipping too! Pizza is always good especially the Italian sausage which looks like real clumps of italian sausage not the premade stuff you normally see. Consistently good and fast! "If you're in search of an authentic old-school Italian restaurant, Massa's (only at the Bridgetown location) is the perfect choice. The restaurant is housed in a charming old building, and the prices are reasonable. The staff was friendly and attentive throughout our visit. I ordered the chicken parmesan, which was both tender and delicious. Others in our group opted for chicken with broccoli in a creamy sauce, fettuccini Alfredo, and spaghetti with meat sauce and mushrooms, and everyone enjoyed their meals. It can be a bit tricky to access the parking lot due to a sharp turn from the highway, so I recommend using the Yelp directions app."

"I experienced the worst service ever! When I called back to address my issue, I explained that the cheese on my pizza wasn't even melted. They insisted that the pizza had been sitting for 20 minutes, but I was outside the entire time and even had hotel staff who could confirm this. I've never had such poor quality pizza before, not even from frozen options. When I called to explain my concern, the staff on the phone cursed at me and insisted I was wrong. I would never recommend this place! To make matters worse, I later discovered that the dough wasn't even fully cooked. If I could give this place -20 stars, I would, and that would be generous! I’d rather have a Lunchable than order from here again!"

"I give it a 4 star for food and service because this last time I was there the service wasn't all that great and the steak was too tough to eat. Pasta house is one of my favorite places to eat steak which is usually the best place in town to get one. Must have been the cook they had or bad cut of meat but despite what happened this last time it still the best food in town."

"We called at 3 pm to place an order to pick up at 6 and we got there at 5:50 to pick it up and when my husband went in to pick it up they told him it would be a few more minutes and twenty minutes later my husband was still in the restaurant so I went in and asked the lady, Cassidy, what was going on because we had an event to be at at 630 and at this time it was 620 and she said that they gave our pizza to someone else and I asked her for a discount and she said no and then I asked her for her manager and she said that she wasn't there and I asked her for her manager's number and she didn't want to give it to me but finally did. "POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE: This was a terrible experience all around. My order was over $60 to include a ?convenience fee?. Somehow my order for delivery was ?confused? for a pick up order despite tracking showing have been delivered at my address. I called to clarify, but got nowhere with the clerk. I then traveled to the restaurant and asked for my order, the kid working behind the counter acknowledged me being there, but didn?t think he should hand me my order that had been sitting on the rack for over 45 minutes at this point. "I've had the Chicken Bacon Ranch sandwich twice now and it's great! They oven bake the sandwiches and use fresh toppings. They have a large selection including salads, pasta, appetizers, wings, calzones, and pizzas. We plan on trying out their calzones on our next visit. They even offer a huge 3 feet pizza that the boys are begging us to try. We are lucky enough to have Pizza World nearby, and it's definitely worth the trip!"

Stood at the front 4×4 box waiting area for almost 15 min before someone came over to see if anyone was waiting, since there is a “please wait to be seated” Opted to sit outside because of the nice, chilly fall weather. "I've been eating here at least once per week for the last year, specifically for the salad. My health issues require eating more salads. Their Spring Mix salad lunch combo is a wonderful salad and my usual, with hot garlic bread and free soda. Outstanding value. Probably the same value for all the lunch special offerings.Always have great service.The decor is comfy and mid-scale Italian, so you feel at home with soft seating and warm colors, but they don't go after the high-end Italian restaurant decor, and I'm glad about that as that can make me feel pretentious and uneasy. But it doesn't feel dated either, as if it needed remodeling 20 years ago. They have a substantial bar, but it's never been too loud, and I've necessarily noticed anyone very obnoxious even when there's a game playing, and I can't say anything about the cocktails since I don't drink. It may be more intense during happy hour or Friday night after a local football game, but I honestly don't know. This is a big restaurant so I doubt they would ever be at max capacity or there would be a wait. Parking is free and never a problem in their lot."

"Service at the bar was horrible. Bar tenders ignored us even though we were waving our hands and arms trying to get attention. There was no way they didn't see us. They were under staffed.
