"Very casual, almost a hippie vibe, much too casual for the price ranges, and for the reservations we made. Maybe it 's just that I am not Gen X, Y or Z or Millenial. Tea was spoiled, bread was underdone and hard, ordered a second bread hoping for better...it was. Ranch dressing was too tart and tangy, Salad was bitter, with too many specialty greens and very little Iceberg. I was a bit unsettled by the fact that someone walked in off the street and without (visibly)washing hands began serving themselves ice cream and eating behind the counter, then went out and sat with customers, then served other customers ice cream. The server(our waitress )was... ??? skittish, awkward, uninformed, asked about several items and she appeared to be clueless, saying things like... uhhh, I don 't know or oh man, I 'll have to check on that It 's the end of our week and we are running out of stuff cause we 're gonna closed for the next two days Telling us that she served us the last of the Coca-Cola(since the tea was spoiled)and had to pour that from a two liter bottle. On the bright side, the Lasagna was good to me, great to my wife. TIL(Today I Learned) that Gelato is just ice cream, nothing special."
