"The Protocol is a long established restaurant in central Erie County. I was a young man when I first ate there and I"m 66 now. Between those years I've eaten at The Protocol many time and the food is consistently good. In fact it is excellent. That is what I and my extended family like about it. Good quality, freshly made food. The Protocol is a place you can come to have a good time or a quiet conversation. And the staff is top notch. They are very professional and personable. The Protocol has become the location of our Christmas get-together with my cousins from North Carolina. We all know that you can't go wrong eating at The Protocol. May it be around for many years to come."
