"This was my first time where I tipped 15% on a bill exceeding $200 for seven people, and I would have tipped more if the waitstaff had actually asked if we wanted another drink. We ended up removing our own dirty plates from the table since no one was available to clear them away, even after our meal. The chef had to navigate around the dirty dishes to deliver our entrees, and we found ourselves thirsty due to a lack of water replenishment. I wanted to get water for the table myself, but my wife stopped me. The waitress apologized every time she approached our table, but we sat with dirty plates and empty drinks in front of us for 15 minutes. Eventually, the bill was dropped off with the question, “Can we get them anything else?” I'm really not sure what's going on at this place, but I’m upset that I chose it for my daughter's 18th birthday. It was the worst experience ever."
