"I’ve been here many times and it is going downhill. The service was average and the food was below average last night. The prime rib was tough, over cooked and tasteless. Sadly, that is a top seller for this restaurant. The rib steak was less than what I would expect for a select cut of meat. Yes, I said select; not choice or prime, but select. It was ordered medium rare and was delivered to my table at almost room temperature or less. The steak was tough, dry, tasteless and I was not able to even eat one quarter of the steak. The cauliflower mash was chopped cauliflower that was cool to the taste and relatively raw. The filets that the family ordered were sent back for more heating. They all requested medium and we’re served very rare. We waited 20 minutes for those steaks to return to the table and everyone else was almost finished before the 3 other steaks returned. Unfortunately, after years of enjoying their fine food, I will not be returning."
