"I used to order from Panera Bread almost every day, but I won’t be spending another cent there. I ordered the You Pick Two, and for the second time, I received chicken noodle soup with no chicken or noodles. When I called to express my frustration, the manager on duty said they use one scoop of chicken and one cup of noodles in every soup bowl. When I explained that wasn’t true for my order, she started yelling, accused me of having an attitude, and asked what I wanted her to do about it. Paying $25 for delivery of basically just carrot soup is unacceptable, especially with such poor service from an unsympathetic manager. She should understand that people order lunch delivery because they can’t pick it up themselves. Because of this experience, neither I nor my family will be ordering from here again."

"I really like this new place. They're a little pricey, but I love their food. I love the focaccia bread. Best grandson loves the flatbread my husband loves different types of sandwiches from mine. But I really love their cheese. The green tea is the best as far as I'm concerned. My grandson like that too as well as all the other drinks but the green tea is best If you're looking for a really light meal I'm not sure this is a place to go you know you leave feeling full I like to feel full and not way down by the food. But the food is so good to hear that I don't mind feeling that way a bit salads and soups are great I just had there Mexican corn soup and I really enjoyed it it was thinner than I expected though so just be aware it's probably not exactly what you're expecting at least it wasn't for me However you really can't go wrong with what they have the restaurant inside is clean nice they keep it up swept up the people I've spoken with behind the counter for the order have all been very polite which is also nice. And there always seems to be a little bit of room when we go in to sit. Of course we haven't gone exactly at lunchtime or exactly at dinner time because I've seen people backed up in the take out line and the parking lot full so be aware that they didn't seem busy quite a bit."

"Hey district management ! Please read this. You got a lot of 1 star reviews for service and operation issues because your staff is more interested in gossiping than working. It took 30 min to get my you pick 2 and if there were a hundred orders I would understand but these people were chatting amongst each other and the two up front were flirting with each other. Your manager was encouraging the gossip and not trying to get people to make the orders. I saw a Starbucks like this that didn’t change it up that closed in a great location. Change it up before you lose money cause I won’t be coming back nor will anyone else with this level of bad service."

"My wife and I ate there on January 19, 2024, there were two people taking orders the one who took our order was very slow. My wife ordered the cheddar broccoli soup.I ordered half of a tuna salad sandwich with cheese, mayonnaise and lettuce. I was never asked what type of bread that wanted. She asked if I wanted onions I said no. We both got apples and they were very small. I couldn’t even see the tuna salad on my sandwich or cheese.I will never eat at any Panera bread place again. "I have been going to this Panera for awhile now and every time I have been here I have had a bad experience so it’s time for a review. I have had everything from missing items, being over charged, being charged for substitutions when an ingredient is out of stock and I replace it with something else, being charged for items I did not order, and now being disrespected because I went out of a door I Apperently wasn’t supposed to go out of. I exited from the door by the food pick up location and a employee about followed me out the door just to tell me I am not allowed to exit from that door. She was extremely rude about it. And to add to that, there was no sign saying I couldn’t exit through that door. This place needs to get it together."

"We ordered a family feast that included Mediterranean vegetable sandwiches, a quart of tomato soup, and a Greek salad, accompanied by a French baguette. The separate bowl of Mediterranean vegetable soup was quite tasty. However, the sandwiches contained only a small dab of hummus, which made them feel lacking; a bit more hummus would have made a difference. The baguette had an unusual smell, reminiscent of a brown paper bag. On the plus side, the soups and salad were delicious, making it a comforting and healthy meal for the family, and it was reasonably priced. Our order was well-packaged for pickup, though it could benefit from better wrapping for the baguettes. The curbside pickup service at this location was well organized."

"I ordered the new sausage, over-easy egg, and cheese on an Asiago bagel. The clerk was preparing my breakfast sandwich and asked about the cheese, so I told her to use the one listed on the menu and to make it exactly as described. Then she asked about the bagel type; I pointed to the Asiago and again said to make it exactly as listed. She seemed surprised. When I received the sandwich, it was cold and the egg was slightly runny—overall, it was pretty disappointing. Additionally, both sets of entrance doors were dirty, covered in fingerprints and black smudges. My kids didn’t even want to touch them."

"there was no cash at the desk. we were forced to use the terminal (not a really friendly layout). we ordered our food after some changes, as the place is from dead. at the beginning september in indiana should be no one from tomato. I ordered the special sandwich of the $11,99 cook, not much there for the cost. to round it, it tasted after the taste in the mouth. I have eaten in many panera’s about the years, not impressed by the current business model they have here. filz there was little worth for the $28 I spent. I think I'll look for a better value in my future eating, not panera."

"The cashier was fantastic! I didn't catch his name, but he had such a great personality. However, things took a turn when I went to the pickup area. I just wanted a slice of cheese on my half turkey sandwich. The cashier added it to my order, but he forgot to charge me. When I asked about paying for it, the food prep girl told me it would be $1.29 for the slice of cheese. Then another worker confirmed that they couldn't add anything to combo orders (soup/sandwich), which I found surprising. I thought, "Seriously? $1 for half a slice of cheese?" She insisted that I had to pay since it wasn't included. I only had my debit and credit cards with me, and I wasn’t about to swipe for just a $1.29 slice of cheese. Honestly, there shouldn’t have been any fuss over a single slice. If I were at the counter, I would have just added it for free because, one, it's not a big deal, and two, it seems unreasonable to charge that much for cheese. A little customer satisfaction would have made a big difference. It’s not the end of the world, but based on this experience, I won’t be returning to this location. I'm good as it is."

"Each time I have been to this Panera location I've had issues with my orders. This time is no different. I placed an order for a mango smoothie (which tasted like rotten banana), I ordered a passion papaya green tea (received unsweetened iced tea), ordered a strawberry Poppy Chicken salad (received no chicken which was very upsetting to my guess, in my salad and the lettuce was brown and mainly the middle part) same as the greek salad which I also ordered. We were given spoons for utensils instead of forks. I was excessively disgruntled about the whole interaction. I am thoroughly disappointed. I called the store phone 3 times just to be put on hold until a manager or store associate could be reached but each time the call would hang up. I could drive back but I had to go back to work on Fort Hood base. Again I am thoroughly upset and disappointed that I wasted my time driving and wasted my money at this establishment."

"My niece came here put her order in and they took cash and card from her for the remainder and charged her card full price. "My wife and I go to Panera almost every day. We have a limited selection because we follow Caldwell Esselstyn's low fat, plant-based, heart disease reversing diet (dresselstyn.com). This diet includes no oil, no animal products; basically low fat vegan. Being like local, is how one review video described their goal. This is absolutely correct. We have 3 Panera restaurants close by and we tend to go to one most often, but all three store managers have known us. Every morning we see about 5 or 6 persons or even groups that are in the restaurant every day. The manager, Josh and assistant managers, Tara and Karen, all know us and we share our lives with each other. Even the employees show interest in the customers. During the pandemic, some stores stopped baking sesame bagels, but one store knew that was our regular order and made them anyway so we would not miss them!"

"I love Panera, but this particular location is really disappointing. The staff seem indifferent and uninterested in being there. Service is consistently slow—I’ve visited about five times, and each time the experience is the same. Orders take forever, and communication is lacking. Pickup is frustrating too; they act like you’re taking something away from them. On my last visit, I repeated my order twice during pickup, yet still received the wrong sandwich. How does that happen when the receipt has your name and they call it out? I asked for bread as a side and just got a cold piece of baguette with no butter or knife. It’s a bakery, after all—why not warm it up? Honestly, I’d only return to this location if I’m nearby and starving with no other options. It’s really disappointing."

Text goes out that it 's ready for pick up and I get there and it 's not ready. This is an issue when items are picked up to bring to work and need to be on time. That was the last time I 'm ordering for rapid pick up. I 'm leaving this review in hopes that this will change in the future for those who need prompt times for food/beverage pick up. Please don 't send a text that food is ready when it 's not just say we 're preparing your order, it will be ready soon. This is particularly sad when items are pre ordered the day before."
