"Awful experience! I ordered a $50 combo and specifically requested the chicharrón de pollo without the bone, but it came with the bone. My rice had hair in it, and the quesadilla was cold! The “free” dessert they gave me was hard as a rock—my fork broke trying to cut it—and the macaroni salad sample smelled rotten. When I called to report the issues with my order, the woman on the phone didn’t even ask where I was calling from; she just insisted that that’s what I ordered, which is a lie. I tore up the menu and will never spend my money here again. If you’re considering eating here, don’t!"
