"This was my first visit to this chain. Despite the noise level caused by a bus of young people arriving just before us, I will try not to let that affect my review. The ordering process was fairly quick, and our food arrived within 5 minutes. However, we had to go up to the counter to ask for ketchup and waited for some time. It would be better if customers were given a packet or two of ketchup when they order fries, as other customers were also waiting at the counter for some. When we finally got to eat, we found that the spicy chicken lacked spice, and the chicken was only lukewarm while the fries were very soggy. The quality of the food, in my opinion, was not up to par, especially considering the price. On a positive note, the staff were very friendly and seemed to be working hard. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this chain as the food quality did not meet my expectations. It was not a memorable experience for me."
