"On a recent business trip I discovered this restaurant while looking for a place to eat. I absolutely loved the décor and style of this building, portions of it built-in the 1600s and other parts built-in the early 1800s it's rustic historic and warm feel resonated with me. There is a nice upstairs area covered in old wine bottles which look amazing as you walk up the stairs and into the upper room. The downstairs has 2 bar seating areas as well as tables in the front and rear. There was plenty of parking and it was not too busy when we arrived. The service was friendly prompt and everything was delicious. If you're looking for great food and a place with a lot of character, this may be up your alley."

"My wife and I haven’t been to the area since we were teenagers, 15+years ago. Having been to Texas in the army I’ve had a lot of good smoked bbq. We were leery at first having read so many bad reviews. We were shocked at how good everything was and how good the SMOKE of the meat was. Hence the name of the establishment. The variety of bbq flavors on the side was a very great added plus. My wife liked the cornbread so much she asked for a second piece. The service was very fast too! The only negative remark I have is the collared greens need a little work other than that. Everything was great, and we plan to make this a yearly visit with our family to the area. Thanks for great food and great service."

"First time in on Christmas Eve, wasn’t very busy with plenty of seating. The waiter was knowledgeable and attentive. The food came out pretty quickly and was hot and very good. It was high quality and fresh. The menu goes beyond Tex-Mex. There are quite a few intriguing higher priced entrees to make it nice for a special occasion but also enough choices that are more typically priced. The ambiance is upscale casual. Will definitely be coming back. This is a nice addition to south Tulsa."

"The customer service has increasingly become worse. When I call the restaurant they treat me as if I am inconveniencing them. The food was enjoyable when I first tried it, now it is old or poorly made. I'm not sure why things have changed so drasticallybut the customer service and food preparation is grotesque. I tried giving them one last chance today but was placed on hold forover 10 mintues three total times. This was my last straw. I will not be returning. If you know of a good wing place please letme know. Update: So after living in Stuart for some time, I realized the treatment I receive is because of my race and areacode. When I call an establishment, I'm treated different when the caller ID displays my area code, or I provide it. (as myvoice is racially ambigious) Same reaction is given once some whites and hispanics see my skin color. Good news is: I found anamazing wing place. The restaurant is called Charleys and guess what?! It is located in Walmart! The customer service wasrefreshing, and the staff is diverse. The food is 3 times as good as Hurricane Wings. I am so happy I found a non-racistestablishment in Stuart. The location is: 4001 SE Federal Hwy Stuart, FL 34997"

"Eaten here a few times and whether it?s a burger, wrap, or the appetizers food has always been good quality for bar food. Buffalo cauliflower is more of a dry rub and then you dip in buffalo sauce. Our table was divided on if we liked it, butI liked it. Wrap has a good size, but would maybe have had the chipotle mayo on side so I could dip instead of in the wrap.Wasn?t so much that it was soggy but was a lot of aioli in the wrap. Most important part solid beer selection and digitalmenu lets you keep track of what?s available or running out."

"Pretty empty on a sunday afternoon. Lighting wasnt that good where we were seated in a corner. Waiter had a hard time understanding our orders. Bar was not open for drinks. Only alcohol drinks available were frozen margaritas, beer, and mojitos. Menu was decent. Food was ok. Had buffalo tater tots but the chicken included was dry. Chicken salad chicken was almost like jerky. Someone else in my party had a pretty good chicken quesadilla and decent chicken wings. Received 4 seperate checks with an included tip which was definitely unexpected and way more than what we would have paid at $30. Obviously including it in the check guarantees a tip is given but also limits any extra he couldve gotten if not forced upon us."
