"I had an excellent experience with the customer service here. There was a minor mix-up with my order; my gluten-free pizza didn't get processed correctly, and it didn't arrive. However, the staff was extremely nice and sincerely apologetic, and they went above and beyond to make it right. Plus, the food was fantastic, just like it always is!"
