"The food was good, but I encountered some issues with my order. I placed a pickup order directly through their website, as they suggest doing. However, when I arrived to collect my meal, the staff were unaware of my order. After showing them the confirmation text I received, they quickly prepared my meal. The employees were very nice and got my order ready efficiently. Unfortunately, my rating has to reflect my overall experience. When I arrived at my friend's house and opened the order, I discovered I had received a side of mackerel instead of the mackerel meal I had paid for. Overall, it was not an ideal first visit."

"This place is an over priced. The food doesn’t test good at all. Most of their seafoods are too salty and food doesn’t test fresh at all. My friend order big crab and it was too salty so she couldn’t eat it, when we ask the waitress she said she will call the manager and manager said they test like that and they didn’t put any salt. She offer 15% off like seriously. Worst seafood boil."

"We recently tried ordering the spicy vegan ramen and our server informed us that they were out. Seeing that they also have a vegetarian bowl, I asked if that one was also vegan, and they said yes, except for the thin noodles, which contain egg. So, we asked for the vegetarian ramen with the thick noodles that they usually use in the vegan bowl. Shortly after, the chef came to our table and said he checked the labels on their noodle boxes and ALL of their noodles contain egg! We asked, even the noodles you use in your vegan bowl?! and he said yes. So I 'd you have ever eaten the vegan bowl at this restaurant (as I have! , you have unknowingly consumed eggs. The chef was very kind about it and we thanked him for his honesty, but told him they really need to correct there menu! We ended up eating somewhere else that night."

"Tried the tonkotsu ramen. The broth and noodles were good, but the toppings (egg and chase) were a little bland. The egg was also slightly over cooked. Came in with low expectations and was pleasantly surprised, but I don’t think I would come here again if I were craving ramen unless i happened to already be in the area. "This will be my new favorite ramen place. I used to prefer Ani Ramen, but recently they've been cutting back on portion sizes and broth. Their reviews reflect that. I'm okay with spending $19 on a good bowl of ramen as long as the portions are substantial. This time, the ramen was delicious, and the sushi was excellent as well. My son loved it too!"

"This was my and my wife's first visit to this restaurant, and we were impressed. The location is great, with convenient public parking, and the atmosphere is clean and inviting. The ramen at JINYA is always fantastic; I had the hot spicy chicken, while my wife opted for the mild version. We both added seasoned egg, corn, and fried onions to our meals, and I must say, the ramen was excellent—truly a reminder of my wonderful trip to Japan. Our server, Linh, took great care of us and was very friendly. Be sure to ask for her when you visit JINYA and don’t forget to leave her a nice tip! By the way, the parking in downtown Alpharetta is quite pleasant."

The Little Jinya Bun is a real treat. The service exceeded our expectations. However, if you are sensitive to noise or have an autistic child, I recommend bringing ear protection. The acoustics can be quite loud without any sound dampening, and the background music seems to add to the overall noise. In summary, I highly recommend this restaurant and believe the prices are reasonable."
