"After having sent my daughter-in-law and a niece to this fabulous butcher shop, I got down there myself and was so thrilled to see Yisroel and our other friends who are working there. What a butcher shop!! Cleanliness is a virtue, and it gives a first impression, and this place is immaculate. The meat is fantastic and beautifully prepared. Not a feather on the chickens and no extra fat on any of the meat, unless you want it. They have our business, and i hope that they will continue to do well!"
