"So there we were.... Just my dad and I.. been about a year and change since our last Del Taco fix... (We lived in Southern California) We were driving from Woodinville to Port Orchard to visit his girlfriend at the time (very sweet lady, literally the nicest woman ever) and we got hungry, looking to see what was in the area via the Google maps on my cellphone and there it was... with a trembling voice and a shakey hand I ask my dad how a Spicy Jack chicken quesadilla from Del taco would sound. He laughed and said yeah, we we had a Del Taco up here I GPS 'd us to it without a hesitation, and without him knowing.. the look on his face when we pulled into view of the Del Taco, the smile on his face, the sheer eagerness in his eyes, the look, of a man who had prayed to God; and got a miracle just before his eyes; I believe the one that discovered fire, or electricity had the same look in their eyes as my dad did... he was one happy man, I was one happy son. We sat through the drive through for not that long, but it was worth ever second of it. We both enjoyed out favorites. Him with his Spicy Jack Chicken Quesadilla, and I, with my Del Beef Burrito amd ½lb green bean and cheese (make it bold) we almost had tears in our eyes, we could have hugged in that Ford Expedition he owned at the time. It was truly a blessing, it was the light we needed to keep going, it was truly, a Godsend... don 't let anyone ever tell you this place is just Fast Food this place, is a Del Taco."

"I hadn't eaten at Del Taco in about 12 years since I found it utterly disgusting the last time I ate there. It was the only restaurant open at 1AM, so I decided to give it another try. It was fantastic! I had a Chipotle chicken taco, snack taco and a double cheeseburger. All three items were hot, tasty and delicious. Highly recommend."

"11.10.2015 - Update - Decided I needed cheap and quick and went back to Del Taco today. Ended up with a $6+ burrito...yes...a $6.29 burrito called the "Epic Carne Asada Burrito". No drink or fries. Sadly, it was anything but "epic". The "steak" was tough and gristly. It was also packed full with rice. Most of the rice was either over/under cooked. I couldn't tell the difference. I guess the flavor was there after I dumped two packets of hot sauce into it. Still can't believe I was taken by a $6 burrito after they named it "Epic" from just a basic Carne Asada Burrito. I'm not a complainer when it comes to food, I just simply don't go back. -- Original Pos - #4 Combo Burrito With Fries. Yes...crinkled-cut fries...strange...but was ok."

"Ordered my food without tomatoes as I am allergic. Confirmed it three times at the counter. Got my meal with tomatoes and had to run home from work to take meds. When I called all I got was the answer that without my receipt they couldn't even give a refund. I won't go there again as they clearly don't care if they harm people with the wrong order and I'm not paying any more money to have an allergic reaction in the middle of my day."

"I tried Del Tacos for the first time and noticed that the restaurant was quite empty, which made me a bit hesitant. I ordered the new shrimp tacos and the habanero chicken tacos, and I have to say, both were delicious and reasonably priced. The food seems to be made fresh to order, which is a big plus compared to that well-known Mexican restaurant chain. Although the restaurant wasn't the cleanest, it wasn't dirty either—just a bit messy with some stray napkins and paper on the floor, likely a result of the post-lunch college crowd. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The service wasn't super fast, but it wasn't slow either; I understand that this is to be expected when food is made fresh to order. I'm definitely looking forward to trying more dishes, possibly at other Del Taco locations."

"All four tacos I tried were quite similar. Some had just a little cheese while others were loaded with it; some had no tomatoes while others had plenty. The inconsistency was a bit surprising, but overall, my tacos were delicious, and my kids enjoyed their quesadillas. The food prep could use some improvement, but honestly, for fast food, it’s still better than Taco Bell."

"We were in dire need of a midnight snack and most of the food places around were closed. We made it just in time before closing. We didn't expect much as we assumed the kitchen was getting picked up and the associates were probably eager to go home. "Wow! Tired after a flight, pulled in to grab something quick. My wife and I went in…no customers inside-had to ask for help. The doors, tables and the bathroom wall (boogers-at least 12 about urinal). Two young males working…got our order ok, and watched another couple come in that had just been through the drive through…lady found a cigarette butt in her food. The two male employees tried to argue, but I think they quickly realized the male customer in front of them would not be someone they wanted to mess with. I must say…this place is absolutely disgusting…the health department obviously needs to visit. We won’t go back…just nasty."

"This evening at 11:45 I had a craving for one of my favorites, good food quickly restaurants, Del Taco. Unfortunately, the simple drive there and order didn 't go as planned. The old saying in life, It takes a lifetime to build a positive reputation, but it takes a second or in this case one individual to ruin it! As did the night shift manager this evening who refused to honor a store credit by the day shift managers, Cinthia. She wrote on the back of a receipt with her signature that I can order ANY free meal, one. It was compensation for a meal that I clearly was not happy with from that morning. I returned it showed it to the manager so they could see why I wasn 't happy with a meal I ordered at 2AM. If you sell food at 2AM and charge the same price as what is being sold at 5pm then is should taste just as fresh, not cold and old! Instead of asking for a refund, I was happy with store credit because I do enjoy almost every meal at Del Taco and been going there for 20yrs. Before I ordered I told the individual on drive through speaker i had a credit given to me for any one meal. The night manager clearly didn 't believe me from the look on his face and demeanor after showing the handwritten note. He kept me waiting at 11:45pm as he attempted to call Cinthia to verify what I was saying to be true. He couldn 't reach her after five minutes of trying. He came back to say she must have meant four or five on the menu. How he came up with those 's I have no clue. but night shift manager chose to not honor his day shift managers note. What I ordered was $17, he said I would need to pay additional $11 for the meal because with tax he said it would be $22. I guess he felt it was too high for a store credit when he never saw the old receipt. I asked for my handwritten not back and left there with NOTHING, other than still being hungry! It was clearly embarrassing to be treated as though I was either lying or taking advantage of the situation all while the other employees were staring at me like I did something wrong."

"Do not order from here using a food delivery service. They literally never get it right. They stapled the correct order to the outside of the bag but everything inside was wrong and items were missing. It's crazy how you can get 100% of an order wrong. This is why I don't even go through the drive thru here. I only go inside where I can watch them make it. Many times I've had to speak up and have them fix it. They talk a lot and usually have music playing. I think they're too distracted. P.S. their right entry door has been broken for a long time. So much so, they had to put a sign on it saying it's a heavy door. The owner owns like 45+ del tacos and jack in the box. You'd think they'd have a maintenance guy on staff. "The last time my girlfriend and I visited this restaurant, we walked in to enjoy a meal. After placing our order, we looked for a table to sit at but couldn’t find a single clean one. Every table was covered in dead flies. I wasn't sure if the issue was just with the dining area or if it extended to the kitchen as well. I went there on March 21, 2024, and I still haven't received the refund I requested after experiencing this. I'm quite disappointed with this place, especially since it’s usually decent."

"Whoever is managing this location should be fired along with their whole closing crew. The manager is hiring the dumbest, most incompetent people and probably overworking them. The manager is not ensuring that employees are properly trained, that fryer oil is replaced when necessary, or that the restaurant even stays open when it's supposed to be. I usually go here late-night, often within an hour of closing. I always order through the app. A couple of times when I went to pick up my order they had closed early. Apparently, the posted operating hours mean nothing. The employees who have served me don't even try to pretend like they don't hate their jobs. They don't bother to wipe down the cup before handing it to me if they spill soda or overfill the cup. I don't think they know the meaning of the term customer service.The worst thing about this location though is the fries. They are always overcooked, they're almost never fresh, and they are always orange because the oil is not changed out as often as it should be. Why do I keep going back?"

"I had a reasonably pleasant experience. This stores drive through lane has a weird u-turn-ish corner you have to navigate. Then when you leave it’s kind of tight getting out of the parking lot, especially when there’s a steady movement of cars entering the complex on a cross street. The food was good. Standard del taco. The service was good. It usually is at this location."
