"The noisy dining area, along with a wobbly three-legged table and uncomfortable chairs, detracted from the fine dining experience. I was disappointed by the Seafood Fettuccine, which was bland, had a rubbery texture, and still had shrimp tails, making it more of a soupy mess than a proper Italian dish. The house salad was brown and wilted, the bread was soggy, and the service felt inattentive and rushed. After 25 years of visiting with my family, it’s clear the quality has declined. If I return, I’ll likely stick to ordering steak."

"I have visited this restaurant multiple times and always had a positive experience. On a recent visit during a busy evening, we were informed that the restaurant was running 40 minutes behind on reservations. Despite this delay, we were seated promptly. However, it took 10 minutes for someone to come to our table to take our order. We opted for a set menu and the first course came out quickly, but the second course took over an hour and 10 minutes to arrive. Other customers who arrived after us received their second course before us, even though they had more people in their party. Management explained that there was an error in the point of sales system and an oversight in the order. Our waitress, though pleasant, seemed to avoid our table after the mistake was realized. There was no attempt to make up for the wait other than bringing our food. Before receiving the bill, we were offered a drink as a gesture of goodwill, but at that point we were ready to leave. In the future, it would be helpful for management and staff to keep customers informed and check in with them regularly."

"This restaurant doesn’t know how to make summer rolls. First, the sauce is not accurate. It’s not peanut sauce. They gave me hoisin sauce. Who eat summer rolls with hoisin sauce??? Second, they don’t know how to roll ingredients together. It’s supposed to be tight so the stuff inside the roll doesn’t fall out. But there are holes all over the roll and it’s so annoying because it spills and dropped everywhere!! The rice paper is too wet that’s why. If you like to wet the rice paper that much, you should’ve used 2 layers so it can be secured :"

"Tree Top is our go-to place for Thai cuisine in Waltham. We typically place an order every couple of weeks. The staff is welcoming and often recalls our regular order when we call. Their online ordering system, HiPierce, is straightforward to use and doesn't take much away from this family-owned restaurant. That said, we genuinely prefer calling in our orders rather than ordering online. Parking is generally easy, and picking up our food is hassle-free. They also provide impressively fast service. With many other Thai restaurants in the area shutting down, we strongly recommend that everyone give Tree Top a try!"

"A couple of weeks ago, my family and I were visiting O'ahu from the Bay Area and had a craving for Filipino food. We came across this place in Kaneohe, and I'm so glad we decided to stop! Everything we ordered was delicious. We had lugaw, longsilog, ube turon, and suman. The suman was incredibly glutinous, coconutty, and absolutely amazing. My dad had been wanting to eat some Ilocano dishes for a long time, so he ordered papaitan and dinakdakan. Let me tell you, it was a moment! If you've seen the Disney movie Ratatouille, you know what I mean. With the first bite, he quietly exclaimed "wow sarap" with his eyes closed. He had the biggest smile on his face, relishing the food he had been craving for ages. I jokingly said it was like he had been transported back home to his grandmother's cooking. That alone deserves five stars! We hadn't seen him that happy and content while eating in quite a while."
