"Veal marsala was good, but not served with pasta; “new york strip topped with oyster, shiitake portobello mushrooms in a brown cognac sauce with roasted potatoes” was Ok, but the sauce was over strong, bitter, overpowered the potatoes which were covered by sauce so not sure how they were. Seemed understaffed, and staff did not seem very happy or friendly except the hostess. Maple old fashion was OK, not top shelf Rye by any means, very watery; and the maple syrup was a thick layer along the bottom of the glass so not properly mixed."
